Anyone know how long in New Mexico you have to have gaurdianship of a minor before being able to pursue?

Biological parents are out of the picture if that matters and I dont expect them to be coming into the picture.

If you wish to pursue adoption of a minor you need to talk to a family law attorney. He or she will have that information.
