over the last week I have come across quite a few things that were blocked but probably shouldn't be. I'll give two examples here. My school requires us to take an NSL Givernment class to graduate (National State and Local Government) And in it we study type of government in the US and other forms. Now the other day I was on google and typed in a search for anarchy which is a perfectly legit form of government. And it wouldn't even let me see the results. I forget the reason it gave but I'll look it up again tomorrow. Now I then tried the "I'm feeling lucky" link and that site was blocked. However it allows we to view democracy and other types of government. Is this a kind of discrimination? And in the USA aren't we supposed be allowed to have other opinions about government? And yet it blocks anarchy a very well known type of government. Then also I went on a few pagan/wiccan sites that I know to promote peace and no violence or anything. And lo and behold it was...

I was in a car accident and i received a letter from the other persons insurance saying that i was 50% right, when i was right. However, i showed my insurance agent the letter and she recommended me to go to a small claims court to ge the rest. Well, right now i dont know where to get the police report at because the copy i had said something with Arcadia and my insurance agent said that i go to temple city to get it? So, i am confused. Also, when i do get the police report, which small claims court do i go to, since i live in El Monte. The one in Arcadia or the one nearest me? Also, what do i need to prepare when i do go to court? In fact, the lady that was driving the vehicle for 89 yrs old and my agent said that she was supposed to get a ticket from the police b/c she was not authorized to drive at that age,is that true? I got a document with "traffice collision report" on it, is that the police report or do i need to get one@ the police station? The one i have is some kind of copy.

im doing a debate for my class and i have ideas of why it should be legalized but im having a hard time thinking of reasons that it shouldnt be legalized.
reasons why:
-safer
-better for the economy if it were taxed
-less disease because it would be regulated
-money would be spent on catching criminals such as murderers rather then wasting time on hookers

Today I got my mail and one of the letters that enclosed a personal check was opened from the bottom but nothing was taken. They could have got the routing number and put the check back in. This isn't the first time this has happened. A bank statement was opened all the way with someone else I live with just recently so I think this is kind of strange. Do you think it is something to be concerned about? Or does this happen all the time? Its just kind of strange that it only happens when there is money involved. What do you think?

He knows that my mother will run out of money in a few months, and then the house he should be paying for will foreclose! No house - no mortgage payments for him. He has already cheated her and his own children out of everything they will ever own, and now he intends to have us living on the street, because he can! What can I sue him for?

Also, he bought a car for my sister years ago, but after the protective order, he took it back. It was legally in his name to save on insurance. Is this larceny?

we had some freedom in the 50s and until the late 60s now we have become a police state, do you think these laws are for our protection or maybe another reason for them? can you tell me one crime we didn't have a law to cover it in the 50s I have studied law for 20 years and I don't know of one thing that was not covered before, so why do we need all of these laws? is it to keep the prisons full for our prison Industries? or maybe a big business for a select few people who have a lot to gain by locking up so many?? a lot of people do make a lot of profit from the prison system , the judges, prosecutors, certain guards , F,B,I, agents etc, how ever UNICORE is a private corp, and they get free rent electricity etc , but none of their profits go back into the prison system , it goes into the pockeets of the select few who own stock in UNICORE and it is a closed corp, so only a select few can buy the stock, is this just another rip off by our so called comrad leaders???

My dad died last year with some debts. I'm now getting bills for those debts but I want to make sure they're getting handled appropriately. I'm not the executor of the estate; there isn't one, as there's no "estate" to speak of (my dad didn't own a house, etc). I have a small estate affidavit which, to my understanding, basically says that I inherit all of his stuff (including his debt, assumedly). Some of the claims coming through now are against the "estate of" my dad but, like I said, there really isn't an estate. I realize that I am probably responsible for the debt, but is it appropriate for me to pay these as they're labeled? Should I have the claims changed from "estate of" into my name? Are these debts truly my responsibility, as I assume they are?

I realize these are very tough questions without having ALL the facts, but any help is appreciated. I'm trying to handle this without lawyers, which isn't easy. The small estate claim was made in Multnomah County, Oregon.

How is it that the fundamentals of equality and civil rights be used as a tool for establishing affirmative action in schools and places of employment? Isn't this a contradiction of the very point? What I mean is, if we are to end racism, then why implement racism in your means of trying to rid us of it. If an employer is forced to take race into consideration, before making a decision to hire or not, that decision is racist. Whether it mean a white or a black person have the benefit of the mandate. Can this be explained, and if so, how?
