we had some freedom in the 50s and until the late 60s now we have become a police state, do you think these laws are for our protection or maybe another reason for them? can you tell me one crime we didn't have a law to cover it in the 50s I have studied law for 20 years and I don't know of one thing that was not covered before, so why do we need all of these laws? is it to keep the prisons full for our prison Industries? or maybe a big business for a select few people who have a lot to gain by locking up so many?? a lot of people do make a lot of profit from the prison system , the judges, prosecutors, certain guards , F,B,I, agents etc, how ever UNICORE is a private corp, and they get free rent electricity etc , but none of their profits go back into the prison system , it goes into the pockeets of the select few who own stock in UNICORE and it is a closed corp, so only a select few can buy the stock, is this just another rip off by our so called comrad leaders???

Enough is enough. We, meaning you and I and everyone else, have allowed this bureaucracy to take over. It is time to put a stop to all this nonsense. True privitization is probably the best answer. You talk about UNICORE... without knowing anything about UNICORE, I have to ask, is it a truely private company? The answer has to be no, because they don't pay rent or for electricity, etc.; which means, they are subject to the same red-tape as their government couter-parts. Why do they do what they do, because they can still do it better than the government, turning a profit and being subject to the same bureaucratic crap that government institutions face. If the government would butt out, the system would probably work a lot better.

When you ask about crimes that were not covered in the fifties; I might suggest DUI laws. On the other hand, it was not such a problem at that time, like the epidemic that it is today. I do, however, believe that we would not need such laws if we were able to better educate our youth. This includes teaching them to drive... rather than letting them figure it out on their own. We have to ask ourselves, why is our education system so screwed up??? It is because it has been red-taped to death. It is time for the government to release its choke hold on our nations youth and let them be taught. Privitizing education is the only solution. If parents can't afford to pay for thier children's education, perhaps the government can sponsor scholarship programs. Let's teach our children how to be responsible adults, rather than setting them up to fail in our public schools.

Enough is enough.
