should he show the victim 7 or more pictures or just the one picture of the person that was arrested?

peferably seven or more pictures...(of like looking people) for example of the offender is a white guy the 'line up' should not contain 6 asian men and one white guy.
They should all look simular.
that way it can not be said that the police coreced him or her into picking that suspect!

It's not a "line up" if there is only one picture.
But there is nothing wrong with the police just showing one picture and asking if this is the guy or not.

A lineup by its very name is more than one person!

well 7 is excesive, but they should show more than one and probably do.
