My daughter was sexual assaulted by her father and I was wondering if anyone has any info about punishments for this kind of crime. She is only going to turn 5 next month.

The prosecutor handling the case should be able to give you an idea of what to expect.

The punishments are severe and rightly so. Your husband is a sick person. The damage he has caused his daughter is irreversible and she can only learn to deal with it as she grows.

I pray you have filed with the authorities otherwise they will consider you just as guilty for not reporting it.

If he has done this to his own daughter who else, how many others and how many more if nothing is done about it.

I don't know what the laws are in Kentucky, but it should be punishable by death in my opinion.
