I went to McDonald's 3/19/07 Monday and was refused free coffee when it is a Free Coffee Monday. What should I do?

They said I could not have it because of my age. (I'm 15) I've been getting it though on previous Mondays. On the small print there is nothing stated about age.

If it was an employee who refused you the coffee talk to the manager. They usually resolve the situation. If the manager does not resolve your complaint contact the McDonald's headquarters and file a complaint on the employee, the manager and the store #. If that doesn't work boycott them with a big sign outside on the sidewalk, and call your local news to give them a heads up that's what you're doing.

You, and 300 million similarly-situated Americans, have all been done wrong. File a class-action lawsuit. After 17 years of litigation, you will receive a coupon for a free small cup of coffee at McDonalds, or a check for $0.59, your choice. Your lawyers will get $44,250,000 in fees. Everybody wins!
Seriously: just drop it. It's a cup of coffee, for Pete's sake!

Write a letter! Complaining to the manager will usually result in some type of coupons for free stuff. Make sure you read the fine print though. Not all locations will be participating in the offer. Also, are you sure the offer is still valid?

call the local investigative reporter at your local tv station. THey LOVE stories like this.
why did they deny you?
Maybe you looked like the little old lady that spilled hot coffee on herself and sued (and won)...they were afraid you would sue them so they refused to serve you......

By all means sue them for discrimination. I am sure it was only because whatever race you are. Please, tie up the courts system with even more bizzare unfounded cases.
What do I think you should do? Get a hobby. Find something to actually worry about. I need you life if this is the biggest thing in the world you have to worry about!

contact the main headquarters and then wait three months while they investigate it then you will get your free cup of coffee in the mail
