I have developed journal that has a very specific style and name - I mailed it to myself.
Would someone be able to copy my "style"?
Does owning the .com website with that name help me?

I moved into his house in May, 2006 and i pay all the bills (elec, cable, i-net, phone, water, groceries) and he pays his house payment. what are my rights over the next week or so to ensure that he doesn't damage my stuff, make it unbearable, change the locks, etc? I don't have anyone up here as I moved 80 miles away to be with him (we spent weekends together for the year that we dated prior to living together). i am moving back where i came from but need the week to get my stuff together, etc. since i pay bills can he just change the locks on me?

Does anyone know that when you have a court ordered child support to have it taken from your paycheck, (the child support is taken out weekly btw) you work in one state, but pay support in another, is it a federal law or do you go by state law on when to pay the support by? Because my husband's work has been withholding money but not sending it right away, when this went into effect they took out every week for a month and then sent the months for the next months payment, which caused him to miss an entire month. Is there anything we can do, the state the money is suppose to go to says they should have sent it for that month, and the payroll lady says she doesn't have to send it weekly. Thats not how the state we live in now does it. Who should we contact for help. Can anyone help us??

I was renting a condo with my boyfriend, and his mom. His mom and I were the only names on the lease, and now I am moving away and I want my name off the lease, I thought that as long as you have in writing from both tenants, it would be easy to get out of a contract, the real estate agent says I am liable until my boyfriends mom moves out of there, but I do not want to be financially responsible months and months after I move out.. what options do I have? Also, I live in California if that makes a difference

What I saw when I went to my freind's house un announced shocked me. I saw the husband hit my friend several times in the eye; I saw emotional abuse; I saw meth on the table.

I know he has been abused for awhile - or at least what it looks like. My question is do I have to have him go with me to give a statement, backing up what he's going through, or can I single-handedly report him for abuse?

(for all other questions... see my last question for details on what happened)

my exBF, then boyfriend, told me that if i got the apartment he'd pay for half the rent and money for my furniture and TV. he's a doctor with $ to pay me back. i purchased the furn & tv for $5800, (monthly payments at a local furniture store) under my name. we broke up and he never paid me back, i had to pay it because it would ruin my credit and now i am in the process of building my own home. over the last 2 yrs he has continue to track me down to see me and i have seen him on occassion and we remain friends. when i was forced to pay the money in full, i told him about it and he says he will pay me back because he knew he made that arrangement and want sot do the right thing. but he wants to pay me in installments to ensure he will see me (for sex). frustrated and feeling bullied, i recorded a conversation with him admitting that he agreed to pay it and that it was our original arrangment. Do I have grounds to sue him in civil court for my money?

I've read that it actually INCREASES out-of-wedlock pregnancy and abortion rates. I believe the distribution of birth control is demeaning to women, degrading of human sexuality and adverse to human health and happiness. Do you agree?

People allways talk about it, but doesnt it really depend on what Gun control really is? Are you for outright outlawing guns, or making it so ANYONE, ANYTIME can just buy one at the sput of the moment. Would gun control be kind of the way it is, at least in my state of Michigan where you have to have a criminal check?

There's a couple of black kids in my english class and everytime they talk the teacher corrects their language. Like they say Axed or Aksed instead of Asked, and the teacher kept correcting them on it to the point where one cussed him out and the teacher sent him to the councelors office. Later afterschool I heard that the kid had told the councelor that he was picking on him because he was black and now the Teacher got sent to sensitivity and tolerance training. Why?
