not for it or against it, just think, if you give a killer the chair or injection & lets say he electrocuted some1 to death or he killed some1 by injecting them with euthanasia whats the difference between them & the executioner? what that one is paid by the govt. to do this but the other might be sick, but there's a flip side to that coin, if you are a serial killer type, rapist/murderer, there are somethings that are worse than death, like living the rest of your days in a box, always wondering if you are going to be assaulted or even sexually assaulted, and if you are relgious, you still have hell to look forward to

Capital punishment is a capital idea! We cannot continue to overpopulate gaols with the lowest of the low. For sure a post analysis of a court case may indicate error, but most post analysis exercises lose much of what was contained in the original. Many of the Nurenberg convictions would have been unsound in a early 21st century court.

Hang them - poisons, gas and electricity just don't have the same effect. In fact for maximum deterrent, lets televise! (For the limp d*ck touchy-feelers out there, I'm not joking.)

I would be 100% behind Capital Punishment being reinstated in the UK. I might consider giving up my job to become a hangman.

I am for it. I think murder (not including manslaughter or those BS cases where self defense becomes murder because of PC crazy society), treason, and certain rape charges should be more than eligible for it.

If you allow evil to live and thrive then you are responsible for all the evil it performs

i personally believe that noone has the right to decide the fate of any human being. thats gods job and he determines who stays and who goes. if someone kills another person, if its meant to be, then his justice will be served through the hands off god.

I support it. Especially for the murders who attack children or helpless people. McVeigh deserved to die. Saddam Hussein deserves to die. Osama deserves to die. Eric Rudolph deserves to die. Now, IF O.J. Simpson did it, he would only deserve prison.

I don't believe murder is ever right. Rather it be from a person or from the state, I believe murder is wrong, no exceptions.

I'm against. Judicial errors can't be corrected if people have been killed.
