There's a couple of black kids in my english class and everytime they talk the teacher corrects their language. Like they say Axed or Aksed instead of Asked, and the teacher kept correcting them on it to the point where one cussed him out and the teacher sent him to the councelors office. Later afterschool I heard that the kid had told the councelor that he was picking on him because he was black and now the Teacher got sent to sensitivity and tolerance training. Why?

Ebonics the new American language.The teacher should of sent them to the principles office, let them teach them how to speak proper English.Then the teacher is not libel.White people take the blame for their ancestors enslavement.When there own people in slaved them in Africa first.I'm not justifying the wrong,any enslavement is wrong.Just quit blaming the cracker for all your ills.

If the teacher was embarrassing them unnecessarily or belittling them then perhaps the teacher does need sensitivity training. The school would be well advised to speak with the teacher, the students involved and other students in the class before doing anything too drastic.
I wouldn't be too quick to make a snap judgment on this until more facts were brought to light.

Our country suffers from a disease called Political Correctness. One of the symptoms of this disease is an inability to criticize a minority if the critic is white. The fact that your teacher is paid to teach proper grammar would seem to enable him to correct improper grammar in his class. This however falls under the "minority culture and language must be respected" and also "never publicly criticize or demean a minority" that is applied to all white people. In this case your teachers job description is secondary to the above listed rules. If your teacher unwisely violated these rules than the establishment must blame him for insensitivity for not recognizing the minority status of the students he sought to help.

because the school fears a federal compl from the black kids family. the school is trying to appease the use of the race card.

cause the school doesnt want to get sued for racisim towards the kids cause they can do it if they want to
