Kind of depends on the situation. If there were kids around that may have seen your or did see you then you could be charged with a misdeamenor sex crime.
If you were just urinating in public then you probably won't have to go to court, you may get some community service time.
Perhaps cleaning up the stinky pee in stairwells, underpasses, and other places people think its a good idea to take a leak will keep you from doing that again.....

Be glad that your in CA, if you were in MO not only would you have to go to court, you would have to register as a sex offender if convicted for public urination. I want to know how taking a piss behind a dumpster is in any way a sex crime.
