Looked like a maggot or termite like. What can I do? If anything..do I have a certain amout of time? My wife cant even eat frozon pizza anymore. Eventhough it was carry-out.

I am a delivery driver for a small local firm using one of their cars for delivering only,I was recently involved in an accident which is my second in the last 2 years,now my employer is insisting that i take a pay reduction for the next 12 months to pay for the damage caused to other vehicle,I refused, and he is now saying he will not renew insurance for me to drive and wants me to work on the premises for the year,niether of these things seem right to me as he employed me as a driver,has he got any legal rights to enforce either of these things onto me

If you received a letter from Social Security Disability saying you have qualified for the medical part, but now must wait for the non medical
part to get SSD. Is the non medical part mean can I do another job or what ?? I am confused since I met the medical requirements?

i work for a company and......the co-workers and sometimes even the supervisor. talk to like in some matters that isnt acceptable in the work force. Saying oh suck on a ****, and other phrases. If i get all this on tape. could i sue this company?

My ex filed for custody while he had them on vistation! He was granted Temporary custody. But three weeks after getting temporary custody he gave the kids back to me. They have been living with me for 2 months now. They are enrolled in school! My question is Does that automatically cancel out the temporary custody? Do temporary custody orders expire???

1st Dec:
Tom overheard Jerry toking to Don that his dog is missing. Jerry is prepared to place advert, offering $7000. Tom spreads word ard on rewards. Micky found the dog but did not know about the reward. He decides to keep the dog.
1 wk later:
Jerry places advert with reward of $7000. Tom does not see the advert n he runs into Micky n recognises the dog. Tom calls Jerry on hp claiming he found the dog.

Jerry writes a check of $500 for Tom but Tom is unhappy n insist on reward amt. Micky is upset that he is the actual person who found the dog so he shd be paid the reward instead.
Jerry loses temper, snatched the dog, tore the chq n walked away.

Pls advise parties.

Alright for my persuasive speech I'm trying to think of a way to explain how to fix the way in which people are monitored for illegal downloading of music off the internet. There are many cases of people who were sued for having shared files that arent theres. Anybody remember the grandma that got sued from her grandson downloading songs on her computer?

ive been accused of burglarizing my best friends house last month. she says there was a voice recorder in her house and my soon to be ex husband of course identified me on the recorder. i of couse was not the person that robbed her, but my husband is out to get as much trouble on me before we go to court. hes already continued one court date for stupid reasons. I just found out that the home owner is not coming to court because he does not believe that I am the one who did it. His girlfriend is the one that talks to my husband, and wants to proceed with the charges although she does not own the home. Will this case even hold up in court if the home owner is not present? Is it legal to bring a voice recorder to court without permission by the party being recorded? And also, my husband is coming to court with the girlfriend of the home owner, is it possible to have him escorted out of the court room seeing that it could jepordize any of our divorce proceedings?

I need help. My question is about what are some measures that need to be taken towards the stiff penalties of downloading music off the internet being that many people do it like its no big deal and still get sued. And second how would you monitor people to prevent people that are wrongfully accused of downloading?

My dad has a court meeting as a witness on the Federal Court and I don't have a personal ID. I am 16 years old and I have heard that if you are under 18 you are not required to carry an ID with you.

We were induced into a fraudlent contract based on false advertising. We had product changed from the original contract. I am not going to get an attorney since it is under the Small Claims Court limits. The product was defective as well. Can I get my original deposit back based on breach of contract? Not sure what the legal terminology is to get deposit back. Please help !

Following on from my last question, I contacted the police about my brother. He came to my house again last night complaining that the police had spoken to him. He threatened me and my wife and I hit him. He has just phoned to say that he has informed the police and is pressing charges.
