I heard that ladies bar business was giving solid cash flow to govt of Maharashtra then why these have been shut down?

You r wrong my dear they havent been shut down in India, the ban is only in Maharastra. The Gov had shut down because the gov had received many a compliants from the housewifes about their male familly members wasting money on ladies bars and not looking after the families. Also many criminal activities took place at this bars. U must be knowing the tarannum case, or telgi case where tarannum monthly income was arouned 1 lac and telgi would throw away nereby 1 lac per day on the bar girls. To put a stop on shuch type of criminal activities the Gov of Maharastra had put a ban on these ladies bar

Its closed down in Maharashtra and karnataka and the reason is that these places are supposed to be encouraging illicit sexual encounters which is against our IPC.
Also quite a lot of criminal activities have been associated with these bars.

There are good chances. Facebook and Google had replied to court that they can't filter the contents. So chances for a ban are there. May be if govt or court force them to filter the contents, they may shut down the sites as well. Google has done the same in China.

Men got mad behind those bar girls. they spend extravagantly on girls, so ladies bar shut down in Maharahshtra.
Aids/HIV is also another reason behind it.
