my friend is 20 and shes pregnant by a 16 year old whats the law on that in florida

Though the age of consent in Florida is 18, to quote the legal age of consent code: "The age of sexual consent is 16 for adults who are under 24 years of age, or if the adult that is 24 years of age or older is married to the minor. "
So, in other words, what she did is legal.

I am struggling with the same issue. I am soon to be 17 and interested in a 20 year old. The 3 year age gap doesn't seem like a lot but ti all depends on the people. You have been through a lot more than this girl. Take a very serious look at her maturity level.

its called "statchatory rape".your friend can go to jail for having sex with a minor but it is one of many laws that is always/most of the time not enforced.so now its called a bad desicion

he could get the child and she go to jail. he is under age.
