Stachatory rape means someone is underage but has consented to sex. Being underage they are not considered a proper age to make such a decision, so its stachatory rape. Unconcented sex is just rape but rape of a youth is sometimes punished even more.

Under the law, if a girl (or guy) is raped that is under 18, it's considered statutory rape. If over age 18, it's rape. Either way, the individual (the rapist), if found guilty, spends time in jail.

If you have been raped, you would need to immediately to go to the closest ER to have a rape kit performed. That is a sure way to find out who the person is that raped you.

It is the prosecutor that presses charges on your behalf. The prosecutor gathers all the evidence and takes it to the Court to have the individual prosecuted.

I hope that this helps you!

The word is statutory. Being able to spell it, I was able to google the answer in 5 seconds.

§ 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault.

Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.

The short answer: NO.

In any law system I know matters the age of the person accused if it is jailed or reeducated. What you I presume you want to do is entering in my opinion at the pedophilia, not only rape and that is punishable. Access at justice is free, of course she can, that case could be hard to proved, but that does not mean as she is not allow to address to justice. This would be an injustice, tell me as her parents should support her, this I understand.

I am not sure about Penn. but I think nationwide there is a 2 year leeway. So, if you are 19 and you date a girl that is 17, you are o.k. In Utah if you are 16 you can be with anyone. This is because the Morons I mean Mormons make the laws there. Morons are the ones that think it's o.k. to have more than one wife. If you see these guys, they are like in there 60's and have all these scared teen aged wives.

There is no limit. If you are raped, you can press charges no matter how old you are.
