For a while, I've been searching for youth crime in Russia and the legislative efforts to address youth crime and delinquency.

I'm having a very hard time finding any helpful info. on this topic, and I would really appreciate any type of help I can get!

in a joint account if a person deposits money and the other account holder only has permission to pay bills. but uses the money for fun instead of paying the bills. how do you get them procecuted when because the wrong person uses the funds for any thing but it's intended purpose.

If all 50 states came to allow same sex marriages,even if it was one by one,and 20 years down the line for all states to allow it, what would happen to the Defense of Marriage Act which states that marriage is between a man and a woman and that another state doesn't have to honor another states same sex marriage laws? Would it be invalid?

A question was asked about free legal service in Canada. The correct answer is yes, Canada does have a free legal aid service for those that qualify. If you don't meet the requirements of that service you don't get it period. Your next option is to pay full pop or if your lawyer thinks you have a case and there is a financial gain then they do something called pro-bono.

Our son who was 18 at the time was driving. My name was on the title with our sons, not my husband. The insurance policy was in My hubands and my name, our son was listed as a driver, but my husband is the only one named in a civil suit seeking 15,000 dollars in damages. The IL statute of Limitations on this accident and claim expires on Nov 13, 2006. Thanks!!!

I'm in a debate for school. The topic chosen is: "Cigarettes should be illegal" I'm on the opposition. I need as much information as possible. Walgreens filled a medication in your name but had the worng medicine in it. This happened to a patient of mine, but I always find that as long as no wrong occurred then nothing happens. My patient seemed fine despite taking the wrong medicines for the last three weeks. Serious answeres please .

i called my daughter to pick me up from club,at the door they said go get her, we all went to jail, her 18, for being in there, me , for contributing. i did not let her in. her case was dismissed today, but prosecuters said they wanted a conviction, and arrested her right there in court, under a different code,and had her sign a bond all in 5 minutes. how can this happen.. decatur city, will get a lawsuit .is this not considered double jepordy. once the case was throwed out, would there not have to be another incident, dismissal was based upon wrongful filing by prosecution, what do i do

this is my first offense, and they have classified it as a class h felony, which is pretty much the bottom of the chart.....it was receiving money under false pretenses.
