Then the restraining order is no good there was no sense in getting one if they wanted 2 break it 2 begin with. The person must think do as I say or you'll go 2 jail nope it doesn't work that way I hope U had witnesses otherwise the person might try 2 pull a fast one.Good Luck

it might vary from country to country, but it's generally a two-way street. the person filing the order(the applicant) must obey the same terms as the person it is being filed against(the respondent). if the applicant breaks the order the respondent has every right to charge the former with a breach. - not to mention that it devalues the whole point of it in the first place.

If she has filed the order she shouldn't be in trouble if she chooses to break it--but she's making a huge mistake if she does. The restraining order was put into effect to protect her from this guy. The court system will not take her seriously if she intentionally puts herself in position to be near him.

In the state of WA. once a restraining order is put on someone, they go to jail either way-even if the person comes over to their house! So, if you do not go and put one on them, they will be free, while you sit your butt in jail!!!

if you are afraid of them, stay away from them, you are breaking the rules if you go near them on purpose. you are just asking someone to hurt you. be careful, you can easily make them more mad at you by rubbing in that you got a warrant. watch your back and stay away, if you want to hear from them, call or write a letter and see first if you are even welcome to share a conversation with them. they can get you for stalking if you are not careful.
