Answer as if you don't know if the rape ever actually occured and there was no evidence of a forced rape. Would this work against her more because it was her honeymoon rather than any other day?

Depends on the state, in some states it's not possible to rape your spouse.

You'd need evidence, but rape is simply forced sexual activity, so it's at least easy to claim, and rape can happen in a marriage, even on a honeymoon. A honeymoon suite is not a legal free zone.

In all states being married is no defense to rape (though it used to be). That being said, one would have to prove that it was forced or not consensual in some way, which is the same as for any other rape case really.

Wow...trying to claim rape???? gosh i do not know..Never heard of it on a Honeymoon????i do not think it would go over to well in court..sort of embarrassing ...i would think and i am a woman!!!

Wives have convicted their husbands, after being married for years, of rape. Compare hours of marriage to years, yeah, you're screwed.

Anytime a woman yells rape , she does well in court. Not always fair.

domestic violence is domestic violence if it on a honeymoon or during the rest of married life. If you canshow a violent assault has happened then you may have a case.
