A few years ago I used the services of a solicitor to sue another laywer. We managed to settled out of court for the amount of AUD$32.000.
I recieved AUD$10.000 and the solicitor kept AUD$22.000.
I would like to get some advice on how I maybe able to get the full amount I was entitled too.
I can't believe he would charge me AUD$22.000.

Currently when I was seated in my house attending my emails, as well as reading international online dailies, a question visited my heart, and it was, what should be done to bring the world together? I made my personal research on the many things done on the universe which could be termed as a single international lane, like international law which I saw as the single lane but, some intentional laws are inconsistent to some countries obligations / laws, (i.e. the sharia laws, which in some provisions, accepts direct stoning to death and the Holy wars (jihads), So with that I knew that the world is not in one law line despite the fact the international community, tries to legally put us on the same wheel, in fact I looked to many thing ,including the internet ,but in all I perceived that the world has NO single obligation or any force to stand united /in the same lane;
Now my question is that can the whole world stand and move on the same ring? Then how and on which key word/ issue that can bring us together if done in the near future?
Thanks friends for your answers;

Why would anyone that knew that Mark Foley was sending obscene messages to children not take action to stop him? Does it always have to be about politics?

Even though it would have sucked when I was that age, it does seem to be more and more fatalities due to teenager drivers.

It seems like all other countries set it at 18 or 19. What's wrong with drinking when you're legally an adult (and that's if you're not an alcholic or binge drinker)?

Why do that when masturbation is free from all the negative consequences?

People make the excuse that men get turned on more easily and think about sex more ...ok but why does thinking about sex justify actually sleeping around more? I mean, I think about sex a lot but that doesn't mean that I actually do those sorts of things in real life. I mean sure men need sexual release, but then why can't they just masturbate instead of being promiscuous? That's the same logic is "ooh I'm angry and I fantasize about kicking this guy's butt so this gives me the right to actually physically assault him".

And how the hell is masturbation more gross? Masturbation doesn't cost you your integrity, fatherless homes spread disease, and unwanted pregnancies.

I have seen this so many times, Libs talking about "seperation of church and state" have any actually read the Constitution? Has anyone actually read the establishment clause and realized its the duty of the goverment to not endorce OR supress the celebration of a religion? That Jefferson's opinions are NOT in the constitution but were written in a letter? There is no "wall of seperation between church and state"

Article I
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. "

Starting in November, my state will have a law making it illegal to smoke within twenty feet of a doorway, vent, or window, which means in some areas the only place you can smoke is the middle of the street. that is just BS. I think we've been letting these non-smoking Nazi's have too much of a free hand.

If you know you are guilty, what do you do--confess and throw yourself on the mercy of the court, take whatever sentence the judge gives you, hire a lawyer and get the best deal you can, fight it in court, say you are innocent, jump bail, flee the jurisdiction, or what? This is only a hypothetical.

How come if you torture your pet, you can escape punishment, or only spend a couple months in jail? Pets aren't things, and I think people who hurt animals are as twisted as people who hurt other people.

Should murderers always be given the ultimate penalty? There are cases where it is only a one-time thing, and they'll never do it again - what's the point of putting them in prison for life? Most murderers kill in rare, heated passion - in some cases I'd say a 20 or 30 year sentence is more appropriate than life or the death penalty.

However you can argue that if you kill somebody, no matter how much you've changed it's not safe to bring you back into society, and of course all serial killers should never be let out since they have an incurable sickness.
