Marriage is a religious institution. Why should homosexuals want to participate in that? Why not call them civil unions and leave it at that? Is the term "marriage" so important as to forsake all other options? Think it through. YES, thank you. Republicans are always saying marriage is sacred. Between a man and a woman. Please realize that many employers don't recognize civil unions and will not give benefits(medical or otherwise) to the spouses of the employees. And if it is sacred couldn't two catholic men be married? IT makes sense. DONT GENERALIZE!
