from my husband and I. We recently went thru the courts to get the property back from last renters who would not pay. We have some repairs to do that will take at least 3-4 weeks, due to our schedules. Anyway, he and his girlfriend really want to rent the house, and ask about it all the time. My co-worker is black and his girlfriend is white. I don't care. He asked me if the small town this house is located in was prejudiced. I said I didn't think so. Since then, I have found out that there are several idiots in this town that hate blacks and have been known to make asses of themselves. What should I say to my co-worker? I don't want to mislead him, and I don't want him to have problems.

From what I understand scientists create an embryo, which is later destroyed in order to find cures for parkinson and Alzheimers. But I dont think I would want to live longer, so that something that is created would be destroyed. Also would this treatment be only available to the rich?

what is the"look back period" for drunk driving offenses for alabama? I have been researching and can't really find anything. This is how far back does the state go to see if you have had any prior DUIs. and no it is not because i have done it, it is for research for school. thank you

say for instance that I became a famous politican, celebrity, or say the general manager of a professional football team. Remember this is all hypothetical and I just threw out some big titles. If any of those things ended up becoming true would old friends that I hadn't talked to in years, and people that I didn't get along with ( people I disliked), would they be able to profit from my success??? Like by writing a book that was negative about me....or selling stuff to tabloids?????

keep in mind i'm talking about ordinary people making money off this not people that were already famous.

-potentially saving the lives of people in our OWN country right now by going ahead with research into embryonic stem cell research or sending thousands of young troops to their CERTAIN death in a war driven by the greed for more money and more power, with a smoke screen of wanting to promote democracy and freedom? The reason was failure to substantiate absences. I did substatiate them per company policy and did use more time than our company allows annually. Every abscense was medical realted and I brought a letter from the Doctor ech time , followed by insurance statements confirming the dates in question. I am losing my sight in my right eye gradually and had surgery schedule for July 12. SInce my termination was retroactive to the unpaid suspension date of April 27, my health insurance was canceled retroactively to then as well. I was offered Cobra but it will not take effect in time to help me plus I must now pay all the Doctor bills since April 27 and full prescription prices back to then. I am an over 50 adult with ADHD and Panic Attack Syndrome. I was denied unemployment benefits, not given an exit interview, I had to sign in/out daily-no one else ddid. Another emp was helped to get medical leave for his illness, another was allowed to work part-time-I felt shame and picked on HELP!

Okay, I went to college in New York state and found out that if I went to a party and I got drunk and a willing and sober girl has sex with me and then wants to screw me over, I can be charged with rape. Let me make this clear, the way that the law is written if a substance is involved in either party, the guy could be considered to be a rapist.

George Bush has not vetoed a single piece of legislation, but today he is going to take a stand on this? Stopping the federal government from funding research that could cure Alzheimer's and many other diseases. So other countries can do this research and get ahead of us on medical technology. my ex boss is trying to sue me for liable for information i gave to a employment tribunal that i persived to be correct, he is threatening me with bailiffs to serve bankruptcy claim against me, the employment agaency have said the info i sent was priviledge but hes saying beacuse i sent it them via email it isnt!!?? it is a government protected site i dont understand quite worried as i want to buy my own house soon and dont want a claim on me, he hasnt sent me any official solictors letters just threatening emails at 3am

I believe that when somebody will teach the evil people that has hurt me a good lesson, the whole world will know that what has been done to me is punishable. i doubt that after that anybody can do the same! I went to lawyer to ask recompense for the permanent damage of my health because of her evil deed before 20 years. However, the lawyer said to me that I have right for that but I should have to demand that in the period of 3 years.
