If your under 16 your parents are responsible for you and that covers your debts as well.
You should not get into debt so young. Don't want to lecture you but if this is the case, please learn your lesson.

You would need to be an adult therefore at least 18, but I don't think County Court Judgements (England & Wales) or Sheriff Court Summary Warrants(North of border) are things that people are eagerly awaiting to get old enough to obtain! I am sure someone will correct me if I have got a little mixed up with the Scottish equivalent of a ccj!
