He is in jail now, his mom never got him a permant resident card when he was little now come to find out INS has a hold on him in jail and says they are deporting him next week. Him and my sister have kids and all. What happens with all that. Will he still get deported? who can we get info from since no one is very helpful on that side when you want the info.

Most uneducated Americans (ie. majority of Americans) blame their own personal woes as well as those of their country's on illegal immigrants. They couldn't be any wronger.

Illegal immigrants actually help keep their lives relatively better. They help the American economy stay vibrant and active.

Without the cheap labor of illegal immigrants, many major companies would relocate to Asia, which would result in a total loss of jobs for America - even those jobs that would normally go to the higher skilled Americans.

Illegal immigrants keep American business competitive and operational. Illegal immigrants don't sue their employers for millions of dollars because they were "discriminated" against, or because they got a paper cut on their pinky finger. They don't file for unemployment or form unions demanding more money. They don't call in sick and expect pay or burden the group health insurance plan with their obesity.

It's your fellow Americans you need to be concerned about.

...possible just to dominate those beaneath them? But now complain because those people below them have arised above their expections and now feel inferior regardless of whether they admit it or not. How besides their false claims of burdening our Government are they able to accept the fact that uneducated, goal driven Mexicans have really contributed to this country without taking it personal for not being in the spotlight other then being revealed as hateful people?!

Introduce by statute of law a form of conscription for a minimum period of 12 months to give youngsters a sense of worth and belonging to the community so that they may become sensible law abiding citizens with community values.

Because the police are tasked to deal with the problems created by the youth / yob culture they should be the ones to oversee and control such a scheme.

What do you think?

You’re a man with a wife and kids; you live in a country with an oppressive government that would shoot you if you question them. You escape to America to have a better life and to make sure your family is not killed...

...Do you think that kind of illegal imagration is bad?

I was almost ready to attend the first birthday of my grandchild in the US. But my visa was denied. It really broke my heart. I'm already old and how I wish to spend some time with my grandchildren. To have photos with them, play with them, eat with them. I want to have a memory while they are still babies. But they don't allow me. I don't have plan to live there because the rest of my family and relatives are here in my country. My only desire is to see them and their place/state. How I wish somebody out there will help me achieve this desire of my life.

Yahoo deleted this so I am reposting it.
1) No human being is illegal. Well, a human being is not illegal, but breaking a law is illegal. So if an illegal immigrant comes to the US illegally, he is considered illegal. 2) The economy would collapse if the illegals were deported. Hmmm, seems we got along just fine in the 1920's, 1930's, 1940's, before there were 20 million plus illegals here. 3) They do jobs Americans won't do. Trust me, the jobs would get done with or without them. The employers may have to pay the workers a bit more, that's all. 4) They just come here for a better life. Well, that's true in many cases, but many come here to commit crimes. And even if they do come here for a better life, they are bankrupting our services and programs that are meant for real citizens. 5) This country is made of immigrants. Yes, legal ones. We have immigration quotas that are SUPPOSED to be respected. The experts have set the quotas based on how many immigrants the country can handle.

This was an answer to one of my other questions given in defense of our European ancestors who immigrated here. It's priceless. Enjoy:

"Please name ONE country in the world which wasn't invaded and changed by forigners at some time in history.
The past is the past and the winners make the rules.
We WON the right to decide who can come here and under what terms.
If we had lost, then it would be different.
That is the way the world has always worked."

Based on this logic, since we are being "invaded" by "foreignors" who are arriving here, living here, working here & staying here then they are the "winners" & we follow their rules? Or do they not count because they choose to do so peacefully instead of declaring a war & killing everyone?

"After all, that's the way the world has always worked." Right?

Though we like to claim that there were no "written" laws about immigration when the Pilgrims arrived we all know they did so at the complete & utter detriment & almost total demise of the Native Americans. Our ancestors used the Natives they dubbed as "savages" to learn to survive here then mercilessly & cruelly killed the majority of them who refused to submit to our "laws" & ways. We like to claim it was so long ago it doesn't matter anymore. We like to claim it wasn't us "personally" doing it so it's ok. Water under the bridge. No big deal. But in reality it places all of us with Europeon ancestry as "ILLEGALS" & the anchor babies of illegals. Even when laws were established allowing others in it was only because they were following the precedent established by the first illegal aliens - the Pilgrims.

So who do we think we are labeling others as "illegals?" Last time I checked all of our backs were still a little wet.

I try this a third time, quit twisting my words around and answer the question with maturely. My question is this, why is it that people who dont want illegals in this country are hated on by pro-illegals and are called raciest because of their views. Nothing about our views are raciest but all we want is for them to be come legal and qute stealing from our americans hard earned money. They dont pay taxes and feel they have a right to a country, they have not payed a single legal dime to be here. If they dont get their way they cry to the ACLU and sue the very same people they steal taxes from. It makes me mad becase those who have fought to become legal dont have the respect they deserve becase they have work with the system here and other dont. People make the argument that they do jobs that we wont, well if owners would pay the correct wage for US workers to do the job and do the right thing. Any person looking for a job to support their family will do the work. PERIOD
