I had job offer from a good reputated comapany, i had signed in agreements and every thing..now i do have problem i.e is my visa is non transferbale to another comany...is there any way that i can transfer my visa to another company.. please help me...

The article number 18 visa of Kuwait is a transferable visa. The condition for transfer is you have to complete one year with the present sponsor/employer and manage to get a release from him. In certain cases it will be exempted like if you are a professional and holding an attested degree certificate etc.
