because instead of flying half way across the world to see their relatives, Chinese, European or Middle Eastern people can just go south of the border, where all illegals come from.

I thought it was good that we kept criminals in jail. If we just deported them, they would just come back here and do their crime again. I think it's good that we keep criminals in jail, since that's the whole purpose of jail.

According to the FBI an estimated 16,692 persons were murdered nationwide in 2005.

The FBI also has what they call the expanded murder data. The expanded murder data are details of the various offenses that the program collects beyond the count of how many crimes law enforcement agencies report.

According to the Expanded Murder Data, there was 17,029 offenders, out of this total, 6,376 offenders were black. While only 5,452 were white.

It is estimated that 19% of the US population is black, while 66% is White. The number of offenders for the 2005 reports between blacks and whites is a close number, though blacks hold a larger number yet they only represent about 19% of the population.

She married him, got a green card, then divorced him. Then she was able to get my mom and me over here to live here legally. Is it wrong that my aunt used the guy like that? If it wasn't for her, then I'd be living in a dump right now, so I'm sort of thankful that she did it, even though it was mean.

is it out of the norm for an airport immigration officer at the port of entry (passport check) to discuss your country's (other than U.S) political structure and religous history?

I recently seen part of a CNN show that showed how an illegal family from Mexico, who originally came with Visa’s to go to Disneyland 4 years ago, are still in this country. To my surprise, the son stated that he had gotten financial aid to go to college. He also stated that on the application, I’m assuming FAFSA, that he claimed he was not a citizen. Now stating that, I think everyone has the right to an education and that immigrants are what make this country a wonderful and diverse place to live. What I have a problem with is that he is able to get financial aid, yet so many American citizens are denied or get very little. How is this possible?

On another note, the family pays taxes and the husband is employed. With this being said, please tell me how they are getting away with not being deported.

Thanks.

Lets grant illegal immigrants citizenship simply by requiring them to commit to a mandatory 4 year military enlistment in Iraq or Afganistan with no pay as their way to show the United States Government that they indeed are willing to do what it takes to gain citizenship in this country and to prove their loyalty to our Freedom that veterans like myself and others have given of themselves and sacraficed so much in order to attain what we cherish and have bled for. Why not let them prove themselves and fight for what they want like we have? If they truly want to live and work in this country then why don't we make it mandatory for them to earn what we americans have earned when we were called upon and put our lives on the line so many times without fail. Our young men and women are dying everyday for this countries interest which is completely unselfish and true American dedication and resolve being that it is a voluntary military for citizens but should be mandatory for illegals.

Hi, i have a B1/B2 travel visa to the US in my passport, valid till 2016. I am planning to legally change my name and thus renew my passport. (I will till be able to keep the expired passport).

When i travel to the US, can i attach the old passport (with my old name) with the new one? (i am sure it's okay when the names are consistent, yet now it isn't) Do i have to apply for a new visa?

Thank you.
