Okay, it's not quite as simple as others have suggested, but yes, you should be able to get one. Depending on your plans and situation, you may not be able to get it in time to accompany her back to the US.
Here is the official website: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/
Read the parts that refer to fiance/spouse visa. You should be able to get one of these. You will have to seperately apply for a work visa if you want to work while waiting for permanent residency, as a fiance visa itself does not give you permission to work. It's all outlined on the website, if you need more information or help, contact your local US embassy.

My son has been waiting all year to be with his wife and children in America. He was denied a visa from his police record and he has appealed. He is still waiting for the outcome. Meantime he has a beautiful child he has not even seen or held yet. When you get into trouble in your teens you don't realise how it will affect your life in later years. I don't know what he will do if he is refused again. It is not straightforward and is a minefield. He even had an American Lawyer and he really messed it up for him.

If you are eligible you will be granted an immigrant visa. You'll have to pass a background check, comprehensive physical examination and personal interview first.
After you are married she needs to file a sponsorship application for you with immigration. It takes about 6 months from start to finish.
