Hi there,
My name is Devang Patel, and i am getting married to my fiance who resides in India on january 16th, 2007, I am a permanent resident of United States, and she has never been to US, what visa do i need to file? what all the procedures i have to go through, and how long will it take for her to come to United States?
I have searched for this, and found out that filing an I-130 visa will get my finance here, but not sure how long and what all the procedures to do

please can you help me solve this problem out

any help would be great

I sure as hell don't want to pay to send them back. and the good old american laborer has long been cramming over his school work. Nobody wants their nastey jobs anymore and our grandparents told us not to do that... go to school...so we did. Won't legalizing them save all of us money? It's like torturing immigrants that come off the boat because they are poor and uneducated like our forefathers who kicked butt to keep us free the only difference is now they use gold teeth instead of wood.

why do people here want to turn Mexico as an enemy of the U.S.?

I hear people saying here that "Mexico is invading our country so therefore we need to retaliate with military force". Ofcourse we all know that Mexico would not go to war with the worlds greates military might, however dont you think that Mexico which is STILL an ally of the U.S. would just turn around and support Hugo Chavez and other countries that hate America?

Ist it wise for people here to be just spreading so much hatred towards Mexican people legal or not?

at sub standard pay, provide no benefits, and pay not taxes on the wages? They are the ones who are really stealing the money you say goes out from your taxes. If they didnt hire illegals we wouldn be having this debate. I still think all you anti illegals are just poor white trash with racist views, because if you knew the truth you would be flapping your gums.

Dont you see that America is enslaving these illegals to fill jobs, and by paying them substandard wages, no benefits or opportunity for advancement they keep more money and make us pay more taxes

If their crooked bosses provided them insurance and didnt pay them $4 dollar an hour then they would be able to afford the care right? who is really stealing free services. You are all just racists redneck low class white trash for thinking they steal from us.

I've answered quite a few questions concerning Karl Rove...

The bottom line is that Rove's methods of using hate and prejudices to win elections is tearing America apart.

He has been doing this since the 70s and has fully admitted that motivating a person's prejudices will make them trump any other issue when they are in the voting booth.

What he doesn't realize is that while he might win the battles, he loses the war for America. Why? Because when you purposely keep hate and prejudices alive in a person, all that does is divide us, cause animosity and creates a society full of anger.

America has unemployment, America has training programs, America has universities and colleges, Let's educate,& train American citizens then we can wipe out unemployment and will not require a "guest worker " program. Let's put Americans to work! Once the jobs are filled by Americans, The criminal trespassers will not have any incentive to show up.

I have been in this Immigration section for quite some time now and theres a lot of people here saying that ALL Mexicans here are illegally in this country and that they dont pay taxes, receiving wefare for free, filling up the local hospitals, etc. etc. Based on the assumption of how people look they come to that conclusion. Otherwise, people making those allegations, how do they personally know that the Immigrant waiting in line at the hospital with his/her kids does not have the proper documentation to be a legal citizen? Did they personally ask for the immigration status then came back runninng back to thier computer and start asking quetions like "Why do we have to pay for their taxes" here at Yahoo awnsers? Then those made up stories go around and know they all believe the hype. ofcourse theres "News Anchors" out there that arent law makers that come out clean about their racists points of views like Grumpy Old Man does.

A friend of mine's Employment Authorization card has expired since 2003 and she wants to renew it. We have been to the www.uscis.gov site but haven't found any information about renewing, just applying. If anyone has any information on how to renew, please let me know. "Going through the legal process" well into the 1900s meant ... just showing up here. Citizenship was automatic.
In the peak of immigration 3 million people were coming yearly on a whim and claiming citizenship as soon as they reached Ellis Island on boat. Speaking English, working hard, paying taxes...most did none of these.
If the immigrantion laws were as tight as today when your ancestors came, none of you would be here?

Americans be punished? Should they be isolated? The laws have brought them down some but we need tougher stricter laws and punishment for white Americans, they cannot continue to monopolize Americas wealth and resources to their advantage.
