I'm not racist I'm not a low class white trash redneck either. I am in the country legally (I was born and raised in the good ole U S of A). I work full time, pay bills etc but I do not have insurance and I cant afford to pay a hospital bill myself and I don't qualify for any assistance either because I make "too much" money and yet MY tax dollars are hard at work making a better live for a bunch of illegals. Oh yeah thats REAL fair. NOT!!!

Well first of all if they weren't illegal they would make more and get insurance. And then they could pay for the services like the rest of us. It has nothing to do with them being from Mexico or any other country. It because they are breaking the laws and not coming to the U.S. legally.
On a side note you asked how to keep your real estate clients from cancelling their appointments. Maybe you should stop being a racist a$$. Lose some weight, get a hair cut and act more professional. Then you might actually close some deals.

You are missing the point. They are illegal aliens! They are not even supposed to be here in the first place. It is against the law to sneak into our country. We are talking about people who do not have proper visa or green cards. They can get medical treatment in their own countries or let their own countries' governments pay for their care if they are not insured. Why should we let it run up our own costs to cover millions of people when we can barely cover our own Americans? What you have here is a situation that is leading to increased health care costs for everybody else because it is literally draining the resources. And it's not just healthcare. It's happening in education, the criminal system, all of our social systems, etc.
p.s. And the only thing their bosses did that was illegal, was hire them in the first place. There's a form called I-9 that is required by law in the U.S. that employers must fill out on hiring. It documents that all new employees are legal to work in the U.S.

Wrong again.
1. We're not cowards.
2. I don't make $20 an hour. I CHARGE $150 an hour (as a consultant).
3. I have no problem with an illegal going to the emergency room. If they need medical attention, they deserve it. However, I DO have a problem with them being in my country in the first place.
4. The only low-class trash here is you.

Are you an idiot? What part of illegal do you not understand? Who do you think has to pay for the care that they receive if they don't?
Now, do I personally have a problem with anyone seeking health care when they are in need? No, I don't, but I do however, feel that they need to be financially responsible for the care that is given. That's not asking for much. And as far as the insurance woes go, there would be no problem getting insurance if they were LEGAL citizens and not ILLEGAL immigrants.

The difference between the illegals going to the emergency room and me going to the emergency room is that they don't pay a damn cent. Stupid bastards like you think that just because I am white and a natural born TEXAN that I have $100 bills falling out of all my pockets. Hell No!! I am a 68 year old handicapped peson living on a fixed income yet I pay for every damn cent of my medical expenses. I also paid for my childrens education, I have a legal drivers license, I have a 20guage shotgun, now just come on down to south TEXAS and call me a racist coward. You don't even have to put the racist in it and I still will be glad to discuss the coward part with you.

You are talking to one of the many true Americans without health insurance. I have no sympathy for people that turned away from the hospital. I would never go to a hospital for service with no intention to pay. That is stealing!
I have a BIG problem with people that are not paying taxes getting free medical treatment when I don't!

Calm down buddy. The problem with illegals going to the emergency room is that in border towns people walk across the border and into American hospitals but cannot pay their bills. This has caused the closing of dozens of border town hospitals in the United States. Check your local paper, there are not too many jobs that pay $20 an hour and provide healthcare with no college education. (I'm assuming that you think that you consider rednecks white people who have not attended college).

They very reason employers hire them is that $4 an hour opportunity under the table. Why would they take the risk otherwise? If they had to pay them $20 and provide benefits, they would just hire domestic help and avoid the risk.
The real solution is to enforce the immigration policy, close up the holes on the border, and penalize anyone who hires illegal trespassers into our country. Once you acknowledge they are illegal, isn't everything else past that just moot?

Because they are not American they cannot pay bill's or taxes so their bill's and such and get passed onto us my mom told me because she is a police officer for los angles both have a big heart for the Latin community my house keeper is from El Salvidor she was illegal but now she is a citizen of the united state's . The big reason why most people don't want illegal immigrant's to cross the boarder is because some of them are lethal criminal's . Like the one person who shot and killed a sheriff .He is setting in a Mexican prison and probable is going to escape > His family will never see justice . Put your self in their shoes .
