If an ILLEGAL RUSSIAN GIRL living in the U.S. gives birth to a child in the U.S. or marry a U.S. Citizen, would she be able to obtain LEGAL STATUS. Bare in mind that she was denied the VISA due to MARRIAGE IN NOT" GOOD FAITH " with her first American husband.

all the pro supporters can sign contracts with the govt to help pay out of thier own checks to help these poor people and they can live with you and you can feed them and support them its something that will work and it will let more in,, how about it you pro illegal people,, are you redy to sign up and let them live with you until they get citizenship,, thats the way it used to work,, being a sponsor, but they have to live with you

In Question #7 the form asks for a 'verifiable address in India'? What address do I put in there? We currently live in the States (I am a Green card holder). Should I put my parents' address in India (it's the same address on my Indian passport?). In Question #14 I assume I put my passport details in. What is required for proof of residence?? Is this proof of residence for an Indian residence or for our residence in the States?

Also, I'm confused as to whether we have to send in my husband's original US passport or a copy?

Once she got her Conditional Residency Card vaild 2 years, then she showed her TRUE CHARACTER, MEAN, NASTY , SELFISH , a BAR FLY & ran off to her SECRET LOVER. She applied to the INS to REMOVE the Condition so she could become a PERMENANT RESIDENT & she has no PROOF to show that she lived with me, such as bills, or lease or anything in both our names . I REPORTED her to the INS & told them how she played me for the Green Card . Now, we are in DIVORCE & she is looking for another American to marry so she could get her way with the INS when she applies again under a second marriage. Would she be denied the VISA through my marriage & would she get it , if she marries again a U.S. Citizen ? I know i was a FOOL to marry her (ENOUGH & all my friends told me so), so don't say it. JUST PLEASE GIVE ME UR OPINION & ADVICE !!! Thank u

Is it possible to have a legitimate issue with immigrants/immigration/US government without being labled a racist? Believe it or not I am looking at immigration from a completely non-racial-biased view. I am looking at the impact economically for both the government and already established citizens. U say that chicks are dropping babies on american soil 2 be fast tracked 4 citizenship and that is really wrong if its true but its just as wrong 2 condemn the child but tell me this please as its an intriguing ? i think anyway that it is and its not meant 2 be smart ***....so here goes :.....I search the sites 2 adopt a baby in the states and i find a good site and they check me out and im accepted 2 adopt and i pay all the fees etc. I then go states side 2 pick up the baby 2 take it 2 canada 2 raise as mine right....i want 2 take the kid 2 disney world in florida a few years later and while there i want 2 stay and work there for a couple of months because its cold in canada in the winter and will I be allowed 2 do that as the kid is with me and i have the adoption papers 2 prove the kids mine
etc. I have done everything right and do not want to abuse ur laws and stuff BUT will i have visa rights etc. and the kid is still American by birth......what say U ?.....im serious > good ????

First off, Im not racist in any way. I travel frequently and embrace all cultures - I respect traditions and adhere to values in other countries. I would, of course, take my shoes off when entering a temple in tibet and if I was female, I'd cover myself up if I were in Morocco. But here in the UK I fear we have a problem. It seems that we have promoted diversity so much that it is dividing the nation more than it is uniting it. In the UK, it is compulsory to wear a helmet on a motorbike, yet if you are a Sihk, you can simply wear your turban (a random example). Surely if the UK government stated that anyone, from any country wishing to reside in the UK had to comform, not only to British Law, but culture, the ongoing racial tension would diminish?

Our community has adopted a 'don't ask, don't tell' policy on illegals...We have had illegals coming to our community for generations and yet with all the current anti immigration sentiment, they are still allowed in our community.....

are you saying because they live in rural areas they cant commute to the thousands of companies that are looking for workers,, my wife commuted 200 miles everyday for years,, 100 each way,, are you saying they are to good for that,, if they will commute north then they can commute to thier nearest big city and get a job,, oh and by the way i looked it up,, the min wage set by the state of mexico is 4.50 an hour,, thats american dollars here its 5.15.sure not everyone pays that,, not even here where a waitress makes 2.50 an hour in williams az

We still have thousands of starving children here in the US, Homeless people, People who cannot afford Health care or medication, that are dying from The cold of winter and the heat of summer. Don't you love the improvements these people have made with their ability to create new idea's and spread wealth among us? I used to hate illegals until I saw the real bueaty in their way of life! The Culture is so much more than the old American culture! I wish I could be more like them! Gee Whiz, let's roll out the welcome wagon and embrace these poor hard workers that truly have American intrest at heart! I kinda like their flag too! And those big @$$ wheels sream out glamour! These people can take a Yugo and turn it into a porshe, can you imagine what they do for you? No more yard mowing when you can park in the yard! Inovative ideas from these so called 3rd world invaders is a true blessing in diguise! Hold out your arms and take them in......Spanish is fairly easy to learn and it sounds so cool spoken loudly in line at Wal Mart!
