Alberta...

It is the only province that is debt free. Tons of jobs and last year... they gave every person who filed their taxes $400 extra. You can work at a Robins Donuts for like $18/hr! My uncle got a job in Calgary and they paid for their WHOLE move of 5 kids! And My friend moved their and the company he is working for is paying for his University!

Alberta is where the action is but central Ontario isn't to bad, & yes after your in Canada you can go to any province you want. Currently I live in Ontario.

First things first, do you speak-read-write French?

If you're thinking of Quebec, Montreal City is a must.

I would also suggest Ontario, but you're more likely to find a job in Quebec

THE economic centre of Canada is Toronto.

THAT does not mean that you cannot move to some other rinky-dink little city. STAY AWAY from Quebec, most people do.

You can easily move freely throughout Canada no matter where you move.
