Once she got her Conditional Residency Card vaild 2 years, then she showed her TRUE CHARACTER, MEAN, NASTY , SELFISH , a BAR FLY & ran off to her SECRET LOVER. She applied to the INS to REMOVE the Condition so she could become a PERMENANT RESIDENT & she has no PROOF to show that she lived with me, such as bills, or lease or anything in both our names . I REPORTED her to the INS & told them how she played me for the Green Card . Now, we are in DIVORCE & she is looking for another American to marry so she could get her way with the INS when she applies again under a second marriage. Would she be denied the VISA through my marriage & would she get it , if she marries again a U.S. Citizen ? I know i was a FOOL to marry her (ENOUGH & all my friends told me so), so don't say it. JUST PLEASE GIVE ME UR OPINION & ADVICE !!! Thank u

Technically, she have to file for petition to remove 'joint petition requirement' in case of divorce. If she get granted, than she can file for I-751 to become permanent resident. Chance of this is very slim to none. She is not going to get PR card by your marriage.
But because she came here legally, she doesn't have to go back to Russia for paper work, if she get married with other citizen. Her new husband will petition (I-130) for her, and she can start her two years of acting again.
Because there are another American(her new husband) involves, INS will look at this with caution. Unless they see the Fraud, or moral turpitude, she has good chance she will stay in US with her new husband.
Look as thought, you did everything you can. It's time to forget this whore, and move on. May be we all get lucky, and she get deported from our country.
Sorry for what happen.

If she show up at the interview without you, they will deny her application and she won't get the ten year card. If she marries someone else, yes, she can go through the process again with a new husband and she'll probably get the green card.

A co-worker married a friend so she could get her green card. They later divorced. Then he (the U.S. citizen) married a second woman that he loved. He had no problem getting green cards for both of them.

Go to this website, it has a good marriage-based immigration message board:

As far as I know, both of you would have to apply together to have the conditions removed ... the only way she can get away with it on her own would be if she could prove that she was in a battered wife situation, or if you were dead ... better watch your back ... the INS aren't fools, she will find it difficult to go from one marriage to the other, especally since you've reported her already .... but, as I said, watch your back ... if she's that desperate, she may hire an attorney, and God knows what lies she may come out with ......

Yes, she could marry another American and try this again. Hopefully now after 9/11 the INS might decide to deport her. Just be glad she's almost out of your life.

I am pretty sure that the INS is pretty harsh with those incidents. So if you reported her already it should pretty much impossible for her to get a permanent residency in the states. It should go in her immigration file.

Love is Blind, you are not foolish... all to often this happens, not to sound negative... their are many life long marriges from arrangements like this also.

You have little resolve... vent as you are doing it hurts. work through your pain/emotions and loss... give yourself time to heal... be good to yourself and remeber
that the right Love is out there waiting for you...

You deserve the Love that you seek and this is just a bad egg that helps build you up to know the real good egg

Sorry to hear. You have learned a bitter lesson, the vast majority of women will LIE to a man to get anything she wants. I hope this is a lesson to others who read this. Never marry one and if you do so anyway have a lawyer prepare a prenuptial agreement saying she gets nothing and you get custody of any children.
