even a simpler solution, if the problem is the tax they dont pay, why not simply legalize them, give them social security cards.
this way they can pay their own tax and not be a burden on you

Isnt it funny how these liberal pukes call you a racist because you simply want people to follow the law and not pay for some douche from another country. Dont feel bad. I married a wonderful woman from Chile that LEGALLY immigrated to the states before I knew her. Even she is against illegal immigration and shes a ESL teacher. But, oddly enough, we are both pegged as racists because we are against illegal immigration. By the way, my family LEGALLY immigrated to the US 60 years ago. Nobody in our family (Grandma on down) considers ourselves German-American. We dont believe in hyphenated Americans. We are simply Americans and very proud of that and grateful for all the opportunities this great country has given us. Teddy Roosevelt spoke about what an abomonation hyphented Americans are and that there is no such thing. I agree with Teddy. Anyway, dont let these flaming liberals get you down. Not a one of them has a clue about reality.

i already do pay out of my own paycheck to support the poor in this country, illegal or legal, and i'd gladly pay more if it would mean redirecting iraq war funding to social services.

That is idiotic. Illegals pay into the system and get no benefits out of it. To get benefits you MUST prove you have a right to them, try to get food stamps without identifying yourself if you don't believe me.
