The only thing the pro illegals have going for them is the fact that this govt doesn't WANT to enforce our laws ... which to my mind equals dereliction of duty! We have the laws, no need for any comprehensive reform ... we even have guest worker programs already on the statute books ... so the only reason I can see why this nonsense is going on is the fact that politicians want to create a permanent underclass of illegals for their business cronies, and those who are in favor of illegal immigration are aiding and abetting a corrupt government in doing just that ... no matter how loud they cry about racism and the old hairy one about "poor people bettering themselves" .. if you are pro illegal, or pro amnesty as they prefer to call themselves, you ARE aiding and abetting law breakers ... and if you're voting for those who are pro amnesty in our administration, you are STILL aiding and abetting law breakers ... namely those in our administration who are hellbent on making sure our existing laws are not enforced ......

Ironically, no one was asking this question several administrations back!

The constitutional civil right of the child is being enforced and it looks like she will get a 'stay' as the mother, and in the best interests of the child. The court is looking at the lesser of the 2 evils, if you will. That's typical of most judges.

The hoot part of the article you post is reading that Ted Hayes refers to Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks as "his" icons! Wow! That's the news to me! If he had been around during the Martin Luther King days, would he have marched for the blacks? lol

Enforcing the immigration law would be electoral suicide for a politician.

well they can't export all those people and in addition crime is so popular that the jails are filled so we can't jail them either. SO we just grant them amnesty. At least they are doing the jobs i don't want to do. And hey if that makes them happy then more power to them...WELCOME TO THE United States of America! Congrats on your manesty and thank you for choosing the red, white and blue!

Mr. Sho Ban Rhe, Daddy says we will not have to wait any longer. Illegal Mexicans have taken his future and he will not stand by and let them take mine. HE says this alot when he is drinking and throwing rocks at the Illegal Mexican children accross the street.

Daddy says it is time for Americans to pull up their bootstraps and grab the most lethal weapon they have and protect our country. Mama says the only lethal weapon we have is a wooden spoon since Daddy pawned our gun for beer money. Daddy then spit on her and kicked her in her ankle and started throwing rocks harder at the illegal Mexican children.

Daddy is always right even when he drinks. Mr. Shoban are you an indian? A real indian? I met a cowboy earlier have you met him?
