USA please!

My address was changed and I wrote to government department as too the change of my new address twice. A parcel was sent via DHL too my old address, someone signed for it at the old address and they have my personel information. What action can I take against DHL and or the government dedpartment which sent out the parcel?

I'm just interested in hearing legal and constitutional opinions. Back when we were building the nation, the people in the territories petitioned for statehood and were accepted or rejected by the national government. But is it a one way street? Once you join the club, you can't resign?

And.. does secession -- basically a passive, non-aggressive act -- consitute "rebellion"?

We all know what mistakes our government has commited in recent years, the worst example is Iraq War, there is a feel of 'sure defeat' in Iraq. Can we handle further defeats and mistakes if Obama comes into action and does what he says he will do?

All these people losing there houses in forclosure, thousands getting killed in Iraq, immigrants flooding this country, multitudes of jobs lost due to outsourcing overseas, trade deficit is the highest it's ever been, crime rates are up, education is a fortune, many cities across the country are budget tight and cutting services, gas has been at an all time high during this administration, and the overwhelming majority of the public have given this president a 26 % approval rating. The Bush administration and the current government is awful. They haven't done a thing for this country but make it worse and people oppressed.

I just dont see any reasons, as to why we went over to iraq, after congress and the senate except for a couple, signed a bill of war against terrorism, against the country of Afganistan, in which Bin Laden who the President exclaimed was the man behind 9-11-2001.
i can understand that after we deverted to Iraq, to help clean up what Dad Bush 41 wanted Sadom out, Sadom met hell in 2005, its after his capture i dont see why we are still In the country of iraq at war, other than to load the pockets of the Rich, greedy, and Powerful country's, also how much is our Hog money payouts, to the UK, And all the others who we had to buy to stay on with us to go fight iraq? lets leave in Surges as we came, and devert back to the war we really went at with Afganistan. Should be much more easier if we leave quickly, if al those taliban are over in Iraq, then whose watching their backs in Afganistan, Maybe its time for Rove to slide out, Bush and Chaney try to look smart, Devert out!

I was in fort benning ga 2 1/2 years ago and I loved the army unlike most deserters. I had a terrible gambling problem going in. After AIT I went to airborne school where I soon got redirected towards my gambling habits. I lost a lot of money and needed to get some money quick to pay off debts. I asked for a leave to get a loan at a bank near home. They turned it down. Soon I was able to speak to a higher commander who gave me the leave. I won 27,000 dollars gambling during my leave and thought I could do it forever. I was blinded by an illness not because I did not want to fight for our country. I loved being a soldier my father was in the ARMY that's all that I wanted to do growing up. So 2 1/2 years later I have been pulled over 3 times had 2 tickets filed taxes every year and held a job all through out the AWOL/Desertion. I am tired of being ashamed. I am embarrassed of what I done and want to somehow make a good husband and father one day. I have gone to Gamblers Annyonmous and now i want to face up to the Army. I just want it to be known that I did not run because I was scared I want to be apart of the army I want to serve my country I just ****** up.

i live in indiana and until 2 years ago I lived at home. I recently found out I could recieve free health care from the state and free food with food stamps? I know WIC gives free baby food but what other services are there to help out with our family? we are not doing so good financially and all the free help helps!

does anyone know of any other services to look for?

I saw too many things in Iraq you would never beleive. If you think this is about fighting terorism, think again.

Ask yourself how smart you are. Does it make sense that there were no terrorist in Iraq, yet Bush insisted on invading Iraq?

USA seem to be terrified of china and russia's (who aims to be as powerful as ussr) progress....USA doesn't deserve the top spot, soon india, pakistan and japan will over take them aswell.
