I just read a story that late payments and forclosures are going up and the president is being asked what to do about it...why is it his problem? If you were dumb enough to sign an ARM, you deal with it! I'm sick of charity, i work my *** off to pay my bills while other people sit around and have gov't $$ handed to them. F that!

You're funding it with your tax dollars thanks to King George the W. The U.S. has been handing out foreign aid for years without creating a taxpayer funded corporation to do it, so.....what's it really all about?

ok so the constitution has comparatively little to say about the stucture and composition of the Supreme court, although, the constitution does specify the two basic aspects of structure and composition for the other two branches.

This is certainly eye opening. Read this article about an impending investigation of an oil tycoon giant who possible tipped off Iraq of America's invasion.

On the eve of Wyatt's trial in the U.N. oil-for-food scandal, U.S. District Judge Denny Chin also allowed evidence that defense lawyers said unfairly suggested payments made by Wyatt to Iraq's state oil marketing organization were bribes passed on to Saddam Hussein.

Wyatt goes on trial September 5 at federal court in Manhattan, accused of paying millions of dollars in kickbacks to Iraq to win oil contracts and corrupting the oil-for-food program.

It administered some $67 billion worth of oil, and U.S. and U.N. investigations have found that lobbyists, U.N. and Iraqi officials enriched themselves through kickbacks and bribery.

Thoughts? Arguments?

Not to take anything away from the outstanding democratic candidates, but honestly I think a bean pole could run and win the election.

This is the most corrupt, inept, bungling and shoddy administration in history.

Certainly no self respecting Republican is going to leave the bills for Hillary and Al to pay.
Time for all you Hedge fund players and oil stock shareholders to give 75% of your blood money to Congress to pay the bills.
An earlier Bush left Bill with a stack of bills to pay.
Let us not do that to Hillary and Al.
You have enjoyed your profits from the Irak war.
Time to pay.

USA.. Land of the free.. Democracy... Government: FOR the PEOPLE! BY the PEOPLE! OF the PEOPLE! One of the top sories on Yahoo! US can not win the taliban over by force... You know if another terrorist attack does happen 'innocent' people wont die... See our government was elected by us from us to do OUR bidding... n so WE are RESPONSIBLE for every decesion made in the white house... WE are RESPONSIBLE for every action of our president. On 9/11 3,000 innocent people lost their lives in retaliation we bombed Afghanistan and Iraq... Over 100,000 innocent lives have been lost in Iraq alone... The ratio of American mercenaries to army in Iraq is allmost 1:1. These Mercenaries can NOT be tried by civilian OR military court ( one of the last laws that Paul Bremer pushed)... We have sold the war to the lowest bidder ( A company called Blackwater) to take over and do as they wish. N if some pissed off fanatic does attack then we will all mourn...

Many people say that there is a very vivid class division in American society & the rich are getting richer & the poor are getting poorer & the rich never like to interact or help middle class and poor people.

But hasn't American society always been like that? I can't understand why many people blame it on the current Administration. I mean, rich people have always had loads of money & the poor have always suffered, haven't they? If this is the case, then why do people still complain about America becoming very corrupt and bureaucratic, when it has been like that for centuries?

Only surfaces occasionally to nod and grunt at a reporter from Fox News, the only station he ever sees, before returning to the White House boiler room to continue planning the apocalypse. Almost certainly ignores everything Bush says. Vindictive and secretive to the point of absurdity, Cheney has his heart set on total global hegemony, and doesn't really care if you know it.
