Do you believe that the federal government obeys this part of the bill of rights? Can the bill of rights exist if it is selectively enforced?

Could this be inferred from Michele Obama's statement that:
" I worry about my husband (Barrack) being shot. How can I not be? He's a black man in America."

It's amazing how the camouflage of liberalism covers for racism.

If I were black there is no way I'd vote for a party that claims my racial extraction is not imbued with the capabilities that other people are born with, and thusly only the government can take care of my needs.
