Actually I think Michael Chertoff was replacement for that guy, if I remember right, his name was Brown, and he resigned immediately after the storm cleared...

There's obviously no end to your ability to blindly accept the garbage you're being fed by the mainstream liberal media and simply regurgitate it back as if you believe it makes you sound like a progressive and a free-thinker. Do us all a favor and learn to think and investigate for yourself. Oh, and while you're at it: (1) Get your facts straight -- Chertoff was NOT the director of FEMA during the Katrina crisis, and (2) Learn how to spell for crying out loud!

Chertoff might not get the job...there are others on the list. I think Chertoff's record of handling the Katrina disaster speaks for itself. Bush seems to like the challenge of promoting people to jobs for which they are totally incompetent.

Facts are a wonderful thing. You should check them first before making a statement. Also use your spell check. Correct spelling and accurate facts go a long way in getting your point across.

I don't believe Chertoff was FEMA's director until after Katrina.
I do believe even George W. Bush can spell 'guess' correctly.
And I do agree that there is no end to Bush's stupidity.

You kinda look a little stupid right now, considering Michael Brown was the head of FEMA at the time.

Not to defend the Bush administration, but I don't think you have all the info correct and I also think they could manage to spell "guess" correctly especially with spell check! Check your facts!
