I like Justice Thomas, but Scalia is right in there as well. For worst, I think it's a tie between Ginsberg and Stevens

I might have to wait on the best. I have always liked Scalia from day one but Roberts being Chief Justice might be able to be the best especially since he could be on the court for 4 decades as Chief. I definitely will give you former ACLU attorney Ruth Bader Ginsburg as the worse but just imagine if the democrats get the white house again what they could do with the next opening, that person truly will be the worst. That is why the Republicans have to win in 2008.
The lib who corrected you on Ginsburg was wrong typical her name is spelled Ginsburg. And who is the person who still thinks Sandra Day O'Connor is on the court they are a little out of touch.

Without question Ginsberg is the worse on the court. I like Scalia but I think that Roberts is the best and will be proved to be a very good defender of the Constitution for many years to come.

I can tell you who has the most power. Anthony Kennedy. With four on the left and four on the right, ol Tony has replaced Sandra Day as the tie breaker. It's almost as though he is the sole justice on a nine member court. But I like Scalia. Although I was very impressed with both Aliuto and Roberts during their confirmations.

I agree with your choices, but would add Clarence Thomas and Roberts to the best list. Roberts has done a good job setting a clear moral agenda and keeping the court working smoothly, and that deserves a lot of credit.

Judging from the times I've sat through hearings, whichever one manages to stay awake during the entire session gets my vote.
