As we all know there are people in third world country’s starving while those in industrialized nations are becoming morbidly obese. The industrialized nations take advantage of their positions to exploit the poor of the world through sweat shops and outsourcing and the cheap mining of their natural resources, without environmental oversight, causing devastation and blight. What is the most equitable way to address this issue.

Americans are easily distracted. I wonder how often the average American thinks about that day?

They are getting rather loud about it. Just yesterday, when I put out some fresh haybales, they all began booing and hissing and two tried to climb the fence and I had to use a cattle prode to drive them back just because they want to be guaranteed I'll let them out to vote this fall.

Madness!! I'll have to get loincloths for all of them and some kind of scarves for the females if I let them go into town to vote--and you know how Democrats are--being herd animals like they are. If one makes a break for it, they ALL will. And just think of the expenses of all that cloth!! At least $25,maybe even $30.

Total madness!! I have absolutely no guarantee that any will come back, and Democrats are with little enough profitability as it is, you know? All they howl about is when is their next welfare check coming or trying to organize protest rallies for the most outlandish ideas--like demanding that I put padding on the roosts in my chicken house so my chickens' feet won't hurt in the AM

to start a war don't you think it is a little more serious then a extra marital affair in which clinton was brought up on the chopping block for isn't that a private matter between husband and wife?

You try to explain that war is not simply a football game in which you pick a "side" and then cheer for your team. Yet, continually Americans think you need to choose your "side" in the Middle East. Now, with recent news regarding AlQaida's threat to wage a holy war against Israel, it seems many Americans think you need to choose one of two sides: AlQaida or Israel. In fact, news of this type seems to have as an ulterior motive trying to get more Americans to simply have a pro-war perspective that supports total destruction of the infrastructure of nations such as Iraq and Lebanon in an effort to quell Islamic terrorists. The articles are indirectly asking Americans if they want to be on the side that "wins" against terrorists. But in reality, nobody is "winning" with this faux war strategy. Instead, thousands of Iraqi, Lebanese, Afghani, and other CIVILIANS are actually the ones being killed. Why do Americans think "winning" at all costs is justifiable?

Hey everyone,

So here's the deal. Frankly, I've had enough of this. I've decided that something needs to be done. Sexual Assault is a crime that has plagued this country for centuries. Year after year hundreds of thousands of offenders are proven guilty and numerous lives and families are destroyed. Though despite the seriousness of the offense what happens to those offenders? 3-6 years in prison? That's it. I'm sick and tired of such menial punishments for such ridiculous acts of indecency. There simply has to be change, it's needed. If you have read this far, I only ask you for one more thing. Please take a few moments and visit my online petition at http://www.petitiononline.com/60364243/petition.html . Read it and simply sign your names. That's all I ask. And if you do agree, please help me spread the word, as that is the only way this petition will get off the ground. Thank you for your time.

I agree that getting the Republican's out of power is a MUST, but what about the fact that we know the Democrats have supported Bush in his war on "terror" and have already stated that they will not seek to impeach him? Does this bother you?

If it does, the only non-violent choice we have is to vote third party, which is exactly what I plan on doing, regardless, as I see NO difference in the Democrats or the Republicans.

Last weekend while out with 2 other friends, another group of guys walked by and bumped into my friend, these 3 guys were gay and made a comment towards one of my friends.

Naturally my friend, being the hot-head that he is, decides to attack this group, my other friend joins in.

What did I do next?

A. Join in
B. Called the cops and try to pull my friends away.
C. Nothing, and now I feel, really, really bad with complete and utter guilt that since then have gone to the hospital to visit these 3 guys. Even though I dont agree with their choices, no one should ever get beaten in such a way???
