I have to teen sister's who are US citizen. My mother is in the final steps to becoming a US citizen. My question is, if my mother applies for medical for my sister's and herself, will it effect her status?

The USPS attempted to deliver a package to my house on 12-22 since I was not home they left a notice stating that it would be available for pickup on 12-24 after 9am and that it required a signature. I went to the post office on 12-26 to pick up the package but it wasn't there. I have come to find out that they delivered it on Sunday and left it on my doorstep where it was stolen. Is the post office responsible for replacing the contents since they did not abide by what the notice said?

I'm voting Obama because I think th U.S needs a fresh start! A brand new administration. Someone with no ties the the bush administration, or the clinton administration. I think he will have enough of a backbone to deal with Iraq, and if he is influenced by special interest groups at least it will be different groups then the ones favored the last 20 years from the Bush's then the Clintons then back to Bush favortism. I also think it would be good for political reform.

Will Democrats vote in the primaries with the candidate they feel is best qualified to beat the Republican candiadate in mind?

Could that mean Edwrads is still in the running to end up in first or second place in Iowa?

This guy totally annoys me. I told him my mom filed a police report and she is going to press charges on him because he "sexually harasses" me. He seems to get thrilled by annoying people. He knew i hated him and I even made a whole new email address to get away from him and he got that new email address. I told him not to call me "sweetie" and he still did and i told him to leave me alone and he acted like nothing was wrong when i threatend to report him to the cops i said "i hate you" multiple times and he'd say "i love you" and stuff. Do you consider this sexual harassment?? and is this important enough to tell my mom about, and should she take this to the police?? He is in 10th grade and he lives in newjersey, i am in 8th grade and i live on the other side of the country. what can the police do about this? He is very smart with computers and he deleted my email address and yahoo account to hide the "proof" that he "sexually harasses" me.

Do you consider this sexual harassment?

What can we do if we bought a used xbox for christmas from some people that we dont really know.... we went to theire house and they wouldnt give us money back they just offered to help us out fix it and that did NO good at all.... they also sold us 5 games with it and a controled... only one of the 5 games work and the controler doesnt work ..... They wont give us our money back so what can we do besides knock them out and it isnt under warinty anymore
