I am not sure how this works legally. If someone were to buy a domain after it had expired and the renew period had ended and the original owner had not renewed could a competing business then legally forward traffic to their own site after buying the domain? In this case the domain is the name of the other business.

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a link to a legal case (as current as possible, however it doesn't really matter if it's a really old one) that shows each branch's involvement or impact (executive, legislative, judicial). I need an example of a legal case, an incident, or social situation that is impacted by each of the branches. thanks for your help in advance guys and gals.

My fiancee is in AIT at Ft Huachuca, AZ. We want to get married during exodus break, when he is home. He will return to AZ to continue AIT at the beginning of the year until March. There is a rumor/story stating if he marries during exodus he must stay in AZ for a year without any dependants and would have to live off base. Has anyone ever heard of this? Or any truths to this?
Thanks for any help!

They freely gave up the booty, they get to decided (despite what the man might want) to either have or murder the unborn child. IMHO, if that is the way it is, men should not be liable for child support unless they actually married the girl. I am sick of the catch 22.

Why do people inist that the Death Penalty casts more than Life Without Parole??? I keep hearing people spout this off, but have they really accounted for all of the numbers???

Read and tell me your thoughts:

According to Studentabolition.org states, “A death penalty case costs an average of $2.3 million, about three times the cost of imprisoning someone in a single cell at the highest security level for 40 years.”

The author of this article means for readers to infer that a life without parole case costs only $766,666.66.
Well, $766,666.66 / 40 equals only $19,166.67 which is way lower than the actual cost of imprisioning someone each year according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics. And what about the court costs here?

The $2.3 million figure accounts for all aspects of a death penalty case though, however Studentabolition.org accounts ONLY for the cost of imprisonment of the individual who receives a sentence of life without parole. - A CLEAR manipulation of numbers.

Hospitals are required by law to treat any health emergency regardless of the patients ability to pay. Poor people have Medicaid, their local county hospital and free clinics to go to. Illegal aliens are not questioned about their immigration status at the local ER, they are taken care of and the hospital. Anyone can call 911 and get a ride to the local ER at any time no questions asked.

Do those without health insurance have to wait longer to see a DR. Yes. Do they have to go to public facilities without all the amenities of a private hospital. Yes. But they still get healthcare.

If you want better health insurance do like I do and PAY for it YOURSELF. Can't afford it, then work more hours, go to school and get a better job, or cut back in your spending in other areas.

Why do Universal Health Care advocates want to make it miserable for everyone to go to the DR?

As a Democrat, I fully support this guy getting the nomination. He's the best Republican running since Bob Dole, and just as exciting too.

When I served in the military a few years ago, the standard was (and still is) a unit in formation would salute an approaching officer.

What I also learned in the military, was that the Russians had this reversed. The power of the people was so esteemed that officers saluted the unit. Now, I'm sure that individual soldiers bumping into officers would still initiate a salute, but when an officer addressed a formation of soldiers, it was the officer saluting first.

I think we can learn something from this. In our American society of freedom, individualism and "Power by the People, For the People, etc..." is it not elitist that a formation of soldiers standing at attention would have to salute an officer first?

I think we need to change this protocol in our armed services. While officers lead, they should always acknowledge where their real authority comes from: the very "People" in or out of uniform.

Thoughts?

I have a serious question I have myasthenia Gravis. However, I’m in excellent shape. No one would no If I didn’t tell them. I run 3 to 5 miles a few times a week. I lift weights and exercise a few hours a day. I simply take meds twice a day in the morning and before I got to bed. I have had it since I was six(23 years old now) and Its relatively stable throughout that time. I am currently in the last stages of becoming a deputy sheriff but that’s not what I really want to do. I want to join the Navy as an officer (Degree Political science). I know it would probably DQ me but is it worth a shot. I heard some things are heard on a case by case basis. Is that true? Myasthenia gravis is different for EVERYONE(snowflake disease) so, not all of us same condition. A good amount of people in my family are in the navy and I’m in waaaay better shape than they are. I just need to take meds twice a day. Can someone with please help me? I do have other options but it would just be nice to know.

I thought Hamas were the ones who denied Israel existance. But now they have the 'Islamic Jihad' to continue attacks into Israel.

Is this just the Palistinian ploy? To have someone else do the attacks so the other group can say they are innocent. Now Hamas is trying to say they are innocent & the Islamic Jihad are the guilty ones.

It is obvious. As many people do not want a woman in
the White House is bad enough. But having another
Clinton there would only mean that they have the leg
up. And would prove everyone on the far right wrong
again. The same way they did in 1992.... Many issues
lie on the table. War, economics, illegal immigration,
health care, and social security. Of which the Demos
would have a field day on, given the last progressive
period we had with the Clinton Administration. And he
even made some of the welfare receivers, get a job.
Many did not agree with that, but it worked. And it
stimulated the economy. Now after the last economic
report, who would want the same crap, we have been
getting for the past 7 years ? Only the GOP.... So do
they fear Hillary Clinton ? If so, then why ?
Best answer wins.
