Is there anyone else besides me that thinks this is wrong? The legislature approved this bill and will send it to Corzine's desk so he can sign it. Corzine says that he will, he is anti-death penalty. This will mean that anyone will be excluded from execution. Even the rapists/murderers of children who were on death row will be spared. What do you think about this?

"Jurors deadlock in 6 of 7 defendants in Sears Tower plot"

MIAMI - One of seven Miami men accused of plotting to join forces with al-Qaida to blow up Chicago's Sears Tower was acquitted Thursday, and a mistrial was declared for the six others after the federal jury deadlocked.

The mistrial means prosecutors will have to decide whether to retry the six men.

The outcome was a setback for the Bush administration, which had seized on the case to illustrate the dangers of homegrown terrorism and trumpet the government's post-Sept. 11 success in infiltrating and smashing terror plots in their very earliest stages.

Lyglenson Lemorin, who was not the alleged ringleader, was acquitted.

Seems like a logical plan to have a competing currency, cut government by 50%, cut spending, stop giving money to foreign countries. Why is this such a crazy idea since its illegal in the first place.

It just dosn't add up. Alchohol obviously does more harm to others when abused than cigarettes do. Cigarettes do more harm to the user, with the exception of second hand smoke. Alcohol not only dammages the abuser, but also the people around them. I mean when alcohol is abused it ends with someone hurt, car accidents, mood swings, etcetera. the list is endless. The government must be really ignorant and corrupt not to relize this. I don't smoke or drink, but I can definately tell when laws should be made and against what they should be made. Honestly, If the government is this stupid, they might as well legalize pot, crack, and heroin as well.

I predict that if the Republicans will win we will have another 4 years of terror.

If Obama wins he will be hated and people will say they should have never voted for him.

If Hillary wins everyone will hate her too and ask why they ever voted for her, but she will get our country on track.

In other words we are doomed. DOOMED. Do0o0o00oo0o0med!

I was in the dep program with the us army. While in the dep program I decided that joining the army right now was not right for me. I told my recruiter that I didn't want to join, but he told me that the only way out of the dep program was to signs my final contract, swore in BUT do not get on the plane. He told me that I wouldn't be awol but just consider a meps loss. The reasons I believe him, because I felt he was really trying to help me. I was too naive and believe him, I also felt he did this because he was switching his assignment to Germany a few day after i signed my contract, so he wouldn't get into trouble. I was supposed to shipped out on january 4, 2007. After a couple months I figure out what i want to do. I was going to join the national guard, get my associate degree, and try to get in the interservice physician assistant program. But when I try to get into the national guard I found out that I was Awol. Now my question who do i talk to to get help.
