I want to join the Marines after high School and I want to get as much training as I can before hand, I'm a Freshman. What can I do now to prepare. I do weightlifting, Running, and Wrestling so I'm in good shape but not ripped or anything. My dad,
grandfather, and great grandfather were in the military. I want to continue the tradition.

Why haven't we heard an apology from hillary clinton after she was caught red handed when her staffers were using "planted" audience menbers in the audience?

Isn't this the typical lying politician we don't want in the oval office?

Any ideas out there?

I think we will continue to have problems with the cost of drugs, and the amount of adequetly (key word) insured people as long as health care is for profit. Do you guys wonder why health insurance companies support universal health care? they will make money off of it, and they are providing funds to the candidates that will make it happen. Think about it, they are making money off of peoples HEALTH!!!
My Question: Do you really guys think that we will ever have a working health care system on all levels of income and class as long as it's for profit?
My Second question: Are there any downsides to not-for-profit health coverage? What are they?

During the First Great War, do you think Mexico would have attacked American soil? Germany wanted Mexico to go to war with the US, but would an invasion have been successful?

I'm currently paying child support to my ex for my son. Can my ex and I make our own contract where I would buy a house and sign it over to her (and my son) instead of paying the set amount of child support each month?

Would the State allow that? It is in the best interest of the child and technically I am providing a roof over his head..

You think we should stay in Iraq, or continue this war and I don't think that you should be shot or put in jail for your belief.
But:
Do you advocate aggression toward me? Should I be shot for not supporting this war through taxation? Should I be put in jail?

The man is a disgrace to his profession.

If it is snowing there as bad as it is in Northern Wisconsin, the search is going to be real hard today.

I wonder if the searches ever talk among themselves and want to just gang up on that egotisical maniac and get him to tell him where to find Stacey.

What do you think is going through the minds of his fellow officers and the searchers?

If you could say one thing to Drew Peterson, what would it be?

I've been reading about a range of US vetoes against UN resolutions. I just want to understand about these vetoes - how much do they affect the overall resolution?

Say if one member country like the US vetoes something then how does that affect the resolution? Does it stop it altogehter or does it still go ahead?

This is not an anti-american post btw, just one which is trying to understand more about UN resolutions and the veto process.

Thanks for any answers.
