You're going to have to find a president that is not a member of the human race then...

Dream on. The first President I really remember was Ike. He had a mistress and cheated on his golf score card. No honesty there.
Then Kennedy. Mistresses, booze, taking credit for stopping the Cuban missiles, leaving Bay of Pigs commandos to die, after promising air support. No honesty there.
Lydon Johnson, good heavens this man did not know the meaning of truth. The only person that was more dishonest then him was his successor
Richard M. Nixon. It cost him the job.
Jimmy Carter, blamed everyone but himself and his help for all of the problems, where was the honesty there?
GWBush, enough said about him to fill a book.
Bill Clinton, define honesty. BLLLLLP
So, if you can come up with one, let us know. Be real, make it one who can be elected.

Honesty is the best policy for a President to adopt over foreign policy.

Never happen. No one that was honest would ever be elected. Sorry...but those are the facts. People do not want to hear the truth!

Yes, but some people are too cynical to see that Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are honest people. Too used to the lies and technicalities to accept that there are still good people out there. I give you these two, pick one for the sake of our country, please.

ABSOLUTELY!

I'm more concerned about if we will have an honest president after November. With the crop that is running, it looks doubtful!
