I'm just wondering...
Does these rights have anything to do with the Declaration of Independence?
If they do can you please list some?

The Constitution says that God gives the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Specific rights are spelled out in the Bill of Rights.
Rights are not granted by the government. However, our current government has found methods of infringing on our rights, and unless the people of this country wake up and make themselves heard, we will lose more of our rights in search of a false sense of security.

Look up the constitution.

Freedom of speech, press, the right to bare arms, the 5th amendment.

The Declaration of Independence said that we were breaking off from England.
