One of the biggest reasons why this gospel is NOT included in the Bible is due to passages hinting at esoteric knowledge that would lead Christianity toward gnosticism. Gnosticism was a heresy confronted by Christians in the early days of the church, which claimed that a secret knowledge was necessary for salvation.

No! It's a fake, written long after the 4 gospels - Matt. , Mark, Luke, John.
Most legitimate experts see it as a fake.

Who ever told you that Thomas was a twin brother of Jesus? Is that a Catholic teaching? I never heard that before. I know the Catholic faith is so much different from the protestant belief. I don't know where they get some of their beliefs, but that's their belief. Thomas a twine Brother of Jesus, LOL, Ooookkkkkkk..............................
