I was listening to conservative talk radio this morning and a caller said that he thinks mexicans helped plan 911 with Muslims extremists. This is why I support Mitt Romney for president, because he will close our boarders.

Do you think mexican government planned 911 with Iraq?

I won an acoustic guitar on ebay, and when I got the guitar, it had a few huge dings that weren't described in the auction. I made a claim with paypal, and escalated it stating I'd accept a refund of $100, since the guitar obviously was slightly damaged. This was escalated on the 14th, and the buyer has until the 24th to respond. If he doesn't, the claim will be decided in my favor. I really don't think he's gonna respond, and I also don't want a full refund cause I don't want to spend $65 of my own money to ship it back. Question is, will paypal just automatically give me $100 back if the seller doesn't respond? It clearly states that if the seller doesn't respond to the claim by the 24th, it will be decided in my favor. Thanks

I notice this especially when she is rolling out an explanation that satisfies her supporters but seems like spin to her opponents. Whenever she spins out one of those deals that seem a bit murky to everybody but Clinton Diehards, she shakes her head back and forth in the widely recognized manner which indicates "No" ....body language experts universally agree people do this unconsciously when they don't fully believe what they are saying or are being outright deceptive. Does anyone know why she does this?

Let's remember Bush isn't running in '08, so it doesn't really matter what he does. Let's talk about Hillary.

So someone starts a rumor the Hillary has something on B.O., and now he's got his boxers in a bunch about how he's gonna fight back. Fight back about what? What do you suppose it is he knows they know? Is he trying to get a clue about WHICH skeleton they have uncovered so he can get going on the smokescreen? Or is he all anxious to find out if it's the campaign-ender for him so he can get out and stop spending money?

A mysterious $16,000 deposit posted to a the bank account of a friend of mine about 2 weeks ago. The money is not hers and she does not know where it came from. We figured the bank would recognize the error and withdraw the money. If the bank doesn't find the error after 3 months or so, what should she do? It would be really nice to keep the money, but not at the cost of going to jail for a felony. I was just curious if anyone knew her legal options because I certainly don't want to give her any bad advice on the matter.

Or, was it the ultra-conservative Robert Novak who writes for the Chicago Sun-Times? He says "agents from her campaign office" have been spreading rumors that Senator Clinton has some damaging information about Senator Obama, but that they refuse to say what it is! What a bunch of garbage! What better way to get the Democrats fighting each other. This is what dirty politics is all about...starting a rumor about a "rumor".

Mexican drug trafficking organizations are now the main supplier of illegal drugs in the United States. These DTOs are the leaders in nearly every form of illegal drug distribution. The biggest Mexican drug cartels continue to be run by 4 main families & are known as the Tijuana, Gulf and Juarez cartels & the Federation. When the North American Free Trade Agreement went into effect with Mexico in 1994, it appears to have changed the face of the drug trade in both the United States & Mexico. As commercial truck, train, & ship traffic increased between the countries, the flow of drugs & money also increased along the 2,000-mile border. Mexican DTOs now bring in about 90% of the cocaine used in the United States, even though nearly all the coca continues to be grown in Columbia. In the year 2000, cocaine importation from Mexico was estimated at 500,000 pounds & by last year, it had grown to nearly one million pounds. Heroin made from poppies grown in Mexico is now the most widely distributed heroin in the UnitedStates with 20,000 pounds imported in 2000 rising to 60,000 pounds more recently. While only 5% is confiscated in its finished form. In 2005, about 27,000 acres of poppies were eradicated leaving an estimated 8,000 acres in cultivation. As precursor chemicals for methamphetamine became harder to get within the U.S., labs in Mexico began to supply a bigger & bigger percentage of the U.S. market. Mexican meth production has not been reliably estimated but 1,100 pounds were seized in 2000 & about 6,000 pounds were intercepted in both 2005 & 2006.

today, while watching c-span's call in show, a viewer talked about a candidate's transparency. the next caller went along that line when he spoke about the right's of voters to know exactly how candidates felt about topics. there would be no chance for waffling or flip flopping.

we thoroughly test astronauts, physically and psychologically. there is nothing that is not tested. nfl quarterbacks are subjected to rigorous testing designed to show their abilities to make decisions under stressful conditions.

we subject the candidates to run this country by what? orchestrated q&a sessions, popularity contests as for high school prom king and queen, etc. these tests are purely superficial, very undefinitive.

it's no wonder that we get the shallowest and most selfish individuals in charge of our lives.

Conservative Republicanism has an air of totalistic ideology. A disproportionate number of conservative intellectuals were once communists- first, the National Review crowd in the 1950's (Whittaker Chambers, James Burnham, Frank Meyer, Wildmoore Kendall) then the neo-conservatives of the 1970's (former Trotskyists Irving Kristol and Norman Podhoretz) They simply exchanged the primacy of the state for the primacy of the market. Taking all of this into consideration, doesn't the ideological style of Conservative Republicanism resemble Communism?

I found this information about the distribution of property during a divorce for my state....
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"equitable distribution" state. ... the Circuit Court will take the following approach to dividing the assets; It will distribute the marital assets between the two parties in an equitable fashion. Equitable does not mean equal, but rather what is deemed by the Circuit Court to be fair.

There is no doubt that my husband was the one to generate the income to pay our morgage. (He makes 4Xs what I make) The monthly payment alone is more then my entire income for a single month!
Does this mean I walking away with very little (or none) of the equity in our home? We have been married and lived in this house for almost 5 yrs.
We don't have kids.

Didnt they USE the freedoms in America to become wealthy?

Didnt they USE the labor of another that was less fortunate?

Didnt we all decide to compete over our resources? capitalism? rather than socialism or communism? In capitalism what do the losers get? In other forms of govt the poor get assistance.

if the rich keep this up (taking soo much) wont the people eventually rise up?

Do you think the majority of people are brainwashed into supporting the elite?

Capitalism has worked so well for america because it has allowed them to rape other countries resources.

My niece, doesn't live with her mother nor go to school anymore by her choice at the age of 17(state of Texas). She lives with her boyfriend which just last night beat the crap out of her to the point that she's going into reconstructive surgery tomorrow! She claims that she got jumped by some girls and didn't call the police. Everyone knows that he's the one who did it. Does the mom still have the right to file charges on him for assault/battery?

I think one way to lower gas prices is to knock off all taxes, both federal and state, but raise the costs of tolls for higways and such. However, each individual state would be given the option of whether they want to comply with this or not.

I have been living lawfully in the U.S. for more than 23 years through a petition by my wife (now my ex). I received my green card, but after 10 years I tried applying for Citizenship and had some problems with my application, as my wife's old boyfriend (who at that time was jealous of me) wrote a letter to immigration claiming that our marriage was not real and was trying to get me deported, which is not true. So to make a long story short, I was denied U.S. Citizenship but allowed to keep my resident status (I know I am legal here since I've been in and out of the country several times). Now my question is: Since I have this problem and I am now married to my current wife who is a U.S. Citizen and my children who are natural-born U.S. Citizens, can I have them re-petition me for a different card? Basically giving up the 'tainted' one I currently have for another one? I want to become a U.S. Citizen in the future.
