Given that children are more dependent than adults on natural sources of water, that lack of quality water will be unhealthy for children, and that several million will be denied health care due to his SCHIP veto, when you tie it all together you have the frightening possibility that Bush is taking a clever approach to harming children. And it really comes together when you consider that SCHIP recipient children, being relatively poor, are more likely to grow up to be Democratic voters, if they live that long.
