What would the Liberal response be if we were attacked by a stateless group utilizing some type of WMD(either nuclear,biological,or chemical)?
Turn the other cheek?
Bury your head further into the sand?
Blame a President?
Blame America?
Respond in kind(against who?)
Ask the administration why they "allowed" it to happen?

I just spoke to my wife's grandmother. I asked her if she is ready to vote. She said she was until she discovered that when she submitted her voter reg form they accidentally marked her as independent and now she cant vote in the election on 11/6/07.

Well guess what? I'm libertarian (and therefore Independent) so what does that mean? I can't vote either?

I cannot understand why they don't let independent vote unless it's a big election. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Is this just a ploy to get libertarians out of the government's hair???? Just because your Republican doesn't mean you can't vote Democrat or vice versa right? So what makes this any different?

Should I just register Democrat even though this doesn't really portray my beliefs at all just so that I get to let my vote count?

This is so frustrating!

My mother is suing me because some one busted out her living room window and she assumed me or my girlfriend had some thing to do with it. we didnt of course. The reason she thinks we had something to do with it is because my girlfriend and her do not like each other and they got into a altercation earlier that week. My girlfriend and I were both out of town the day it happened so we could not have done it. Can she really sue me and WIN??? What should I do?? What defense do i have. Does she even have a case????

My daughter, my husband, and I are assigned to three different military facilities in our city. I hate this, because for one, I never see my PCM. Everytime I am sick ( I get sick alot) I get assigned to whatever random doctor is open for that day. I have yet to ever see the same doctor twice, I never have a chart, and they don't really seem to care. I went last week because I've been coughing and my chest is burning, and of course I saw someone that was not my PCM. I'm still sick, tried to make an appt. today with the same doctor, but she has no appointments, and none open for the rest of the week. I hate military insurance and facilities. Anyone else have problems like this??

Says that they're ashamed to live in America and call our Nation disgraceful and other names? When they compare us to terrorists etc... It makes me MAD! Yeah, well today I got a violation notice from yahoo...I kind of got onto this asker's case when they slammed our Nation. I called them an @ss in my answer, (sorry about that, but I"m passionate about my Nation!!!), anyways... Don't you ever just want to tell someone whats what when they say crap about our Nation and it's not true? Should I feel bad that I offended that asker (I don't- I'll stand up for my Nation every time!)? Two issues:

First my dad passed away recently. Con. Assoc. said I could not see him at residence, even though they knew he was bed bound/immobilized. The policy there is that a 3rd person can not reside there as its a 1 bedroom. So with my mom there I could visit, either leave, or stay overnight on occasion apparently. He wanted me there anyway before dying. Before he got so ill, I admit, I abused staying there. Then Associ. said I am not allowed there ever, anywhere inside. They prevented me from any contact. Writing isn't the same and no phone because he lost his talking communication, speach ability. Do I have valid claim.
and
Two, my mom is essentially in same situation, &also cant talk on phone as she deaf w/o prospect of using any devices.

Someone asked me if my suing was intentioned to get some, money in effect, or if I really believed I should benefit due to hardship instead, &I said only the hardship.


Id be happy w professional or personal responses!?

It seems like everyone outside California thinks the whole state is full of Liberals and Democrats and its not true. As a matter of fact there is a lot more counties in California who are republican and conservative. Look at this map which is detailed by counties of who voted republican in 2004 ,you can see the only blue counties are in the Coast, Bay Area, and Los Angeles while the rest of the state votes republican so thats why I don't see why everyone thinks California is full of Liberals?

Hi, I hit a person going down the highway last week. He wants 502.00 for damages which we agreed to settle outside of insurance because of my deductible. I want to make him sign a release of some kind. I want to document that I paid and I am no longer bound to him. What kind of release do I need to draft and where can I get this done? Isnt this a liability release form or something of that nature? Please advise on how to correctly pay this person off and be done with him for good. I live in Michigan, I was convicted for uttering and publishing over 10 years ago (making money orders). This is a non-violent feloney, which has been expunged, but I seem to recall someone saying I will never be able to leagaly own a gun. Is this just hand guns, hunting rifels, are antiques included in this, and what about bow and arrow/crossbows?
