As long as you have proof that you were out of town your aliby will hold up. So you have nothing to worry about, she has no proof, you cant lose a case based on a persons assumptions.

If you are a minor, no. If you can prove you were out of town when she says it was busted, it's her dime. The only place to sue you would be in small claims court and she has to pay a filing fee.
Was the window broken from the inside or out? If it was broken from the inside, who else might have been in the house?

She can sue you. But she will have to have proof. Otherwise, she cannot win. Your defense is that you did not do it. If you were out of town, produce a witness or some record to show you were out of town, like a gasoline purchase receipt, air line ticket, motel receipt.

Without more than a suspicion that it was you or your friend, she'd have a hard time winning the case. As long as you can offer some proof that you were out of town, you'll have no problem.

If you were out of town, you should be able to prove it with credit or debit card statement. Who really cares about a broken window, when the relationship between mother and daughter has been broken.

of couirse she can sue; anyone can sue anyone. Unless she has proof you did it like a witness or your prints on something thrown thru the window, your witnesses that you were out of town or depositions from them should be enough to win

She has no evidence that you did, unless she saw you or your g'friend do it. So, just go to court. If you have evidence where you were at the time, show the Court. Christmas must be a treat at your house.

I don't think she can win if you were out of town. She has no proof that you did anything, just a hunch. people typically don't win with just hunches.
