If the US pulled ALL foreign aid how angry will other nations be?

i was at lunch (HIGH SCHOOL) and friend kept asking someone to buy him pizza with a one dollar bill.I offered him my cookies for it and he said no then my other friend bought him a pizza and he got a dollar from him then i traded my cookies for the dollar bill. I think it may be counterfeit but i dont know\

The kid is really nice and really would seem to do this.Also should i keep it or how can i tell .

And last could i get in trouble if i spent it but didnt copy or have anything to do with it think it could be counterfeit but not sure.it that happens what would happen to me (IM A FRESHMEN)

My best friend is going into the military reserves I think as a admin. ! But i am not 100% sure ...but anyways she will be going jan. 3rd till about may something ....When she is done in may ....and say she doesn't get deployed and she is finished ..can they call her up still to go to war even though she is done with all the training etc. ??? After a family member was murdered my views of the death penalty have drastically changed. Until recently, I believed that the death penalty was unjust and cruel. But now, I after I analyzed things and I come to the conclusion that the death penalty is totally appropriate for those who kill innocent people. People argue that if a person kills someone they should be placed in prison for the rest of their and have their own life to regret what they have done.

by their own parents or friends ? that never realize happen to you ?because i think i got robbed or my own mother stoled something from me that i ever thinking she done something stupid to steal something from her own blood daughter . i had this real gold heavy necklace that my teacher from 8 th grade gave me a gift for my 8th grade graduation . its was something special that i never forget , but i think my mom stoled from my own bedroom jewerly box ? c why i think that cause i wasnt home over the weekend when i came home yesterday i fouid out that she was cleaned out my closet , then today i was going to my jewerly box i saw that couples of my jewerlys was gone. i was upset that why the sake someone want do that to me. so today my mom went out , i went to her room to see if she stoled something from me again. she did stoled my other necklace that my best friend got me for x-mas gift , i also found my wristbraclet and the necklace that my gradma gave me when she died.

Ok, so I'm doing a project for my business class. My professor gave me the topic of why the United States should lower the drinking age to 18. Even if I don't agree with it I still have to defend it as if I care. I'm 21, so it doesn't matter to me anyways.

Anywho, for those of you who do care and do feel the US should lower the drinking age to 18, what are your reasons? I'm looking for reasons that are thought out and mature and reasonable, not comments like "so I can't get arrested for getting drunk!!!!!!". I have my reasons already, but since this is a big project, I need as many reasons as possible to make a good argument.
